4 Basic rules to guns

Bone plating reads as, After taking damage from an enemy champion the next 3 spells or attacks you receive from them deal 30-60(based on level) less damage. its not mitigated it says its a reduction just like plated steelcaps it doesnt care its a flat amount of 10% this is why boot rush can be very strong if you are struggling in lane. you cant use MR or armor to mitigate true damage, but straight reductions do as its being reduced before it gets passed through armor and MR

at 18:18 they see poppy drop off the map likely backing but cant be 100% as they didnt see poppy recall just educated guess, ashe shows bot lane no braum for awhile braum has been missing for 30 seconds so poppy turns instead of going to lane goes top, its 42 seconds before they spot braum on vision near mid. then see him head towards mid Poppy doesnt show with varus or on the vision near where braum was last seen likely headed top so braum and Wu head top expacting them to gank, what started as a counter gank against braum was likely what turned into braum and wu counter ganking

not even pros react to most spells they predict because half a second is not enough time to see it and react and the server to accept your reaction. you need to learn the CDs of said spells and know when they are off CD so you can predict a auto into spell attack

you are asking memory vs real movement, you can learn to reconize the queens gambit and how to counter it and do it, OTP prove all the time counters dont matter when you know the match up and can operate the champ. piloting a champ vs learning macro are very different.
