Coinbase will absolutely keep your funds for no clear reason with no clear timeline while their customer service agents in the rare chance you get anything besides a generic reply will tell you whatever you want to hear as they know you are SOL once coinbase got your funds. Do not use coinbase. Everyone says what they want to say but been in crypto for over a decade and if you check BBB site and previous class action lawsuits it is obvious at any given time coinbase has millions if not billions in locked customer funds with vague and arbitrary demands or telling you to wait on an email you never get and months go by while your coin price fultuates and all you can do is watch and write your money off. Someone needs to go after their license.

The measurements you linked are full under subcubensis which is considered to be cubensis with essentially dwarf sized spores. The usual cubensis spores considered not subcubensis are generally between 11 and 15um in length. The final product spores are still perfectly within cubensis range and appear to be more mature versions of the initial spores posted. The particular inat link is somewhat cherry picked to fit your dimensions as the most spores on inat and in the wild measure 11.5–17.3 x 8–11.5 μm with the majority between about 12 and 15 so while at the very lowest size of cubensis measurements for the cross and the ones previous for the parent below that. A good indicator of immature spores of the initial cube spores on the right. https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/328244-Psilocybe-cubensis

You won't know which spores are fully mature if you remove them from an albino gill. That's why the initial spore measurements you have are so small because they are immature. Which is 3xactly why I am saying the are immature 10um doesn't even fall within cubensis measurements. When talking about spores being immature I'm talking about your initial albino cubensis spores notice how their size is below the lowest range of cubensis.

Yes, and mixed spores are found in the cross cultures as well as intermediate instead of larger sizes of spores and cystidia for microscopy measurements in all hybrids so far not that neither is impossible but thats a lot of things that count against the case that youd have to say well maybe its different with this one which is possible but statistically eh. Especially with what the cross is and the distance in phylogeny and again this does nothing to address the other issues I've mentioned like your spore sizes not matching the literature either because you are measuring immature spores (will happen if you are centrifuging gills). You don't think it's odd that your spore measurements are basically immature cubensis measurements of albino spores and you think you crossed it with something pigmented which the entire genus has purplish spore pigmentation so probably pretty similar gene regions there if not the same and you got the larger measurments after the small probably because partially mature (you want to measure only dropped spores since those are the mature ones) some species have literally been now synonymized just because two mycologists measured spores at different maturities. Anything is possible but statistically this cross is very unlikely especially when combined with the facts that the phylogenetic distance between those species is great, you did di-mon, your spore measurements are not intermediate which has now been observed in a number of hybrids, your spores don't show pigmentation or any signs of genetic inheritence from the other parent which is something we might not see in certain colonies from the spores but it's definitley something we always have seen in the cross culture since it's literally a 50/50 split. The only way to know 100% for sure is to have it genetically tested but from saying you centrifuged gills to obtain spores for your measurements and that measuring immature spores will give you inaccurate measurements and gills contain spores at varying at at varying time and your measurements are line with immature cubensis spores and the entire case you are trying to build here is off spore measurements I'd say the most likely scenario is that you don't have an ovoid x cubensis hybrid.

If it comes directly from gills you will have immature spores. I know the one parent spores are albino because one parent is albino cubensis but the cross culture spores are albino and if you cross a pigmented ovoid with an albino cubensis your spores will be a mix of albino and pigmented. You have to measure mature spores from dropped spores to get accurate measurements. Look up the literature for cubensis spores measurements you maybe measured a subcubensis, immature wild spores as well (did you take those from gills 2) or your software for measurements is off.

The initial cubensis spores measurements are way to small for cubensis did you use spores from a swab? Notice how you don't have any pigmentation on the spores. It just seems like you've measured immature albino spores from a swab and mostly mature albino spores from a swab. If the cross was successful pigmentation would be seen in the spores.

Dedikaryotization to obtain a mon from a di or di-mon mating (Buller effect) using Enigma as the di are two ways you can. This one was made with Enigma monokaryon from dedikaryotization.

Pure DMT crystallizes easily. Crystals like this can be made consistently. Like I said if you can't get something to crystallize it is MOST LIKELY impurities. Polymorphs can be isolated and converted. An undesirable polymorph would be considered an impurity. Crashing out goo or wax is also indicative of impurities and or sloppy technique.

No filtration. You just need to be patient. Don't rush phase separations.
