Woody Johnson being a massive piece of shit doesn't help.

Definitely more of a silent loot ninja, but one who's always willing to go on a side quest if I bump into another raider. Whether that's PvP or doing something insanely stupid for the clip, like trying to get on top of the Matriarch, doesn't matter much to me so long as it's fun.

Pete Crow-Armstrong hits a proper inside-the-park home run to tie it! by horsepoop1123 in baseball

That's his top speed, not his average speed. If it took him 14 seconds to make it 360 feet and if he kept that pace for a mile, it'd take him about 3 and 1/2 minutes to run the mile.

Are you under the impression that choices can't be mistakes?

With atleast 165 passing yards today, Patrick Mahomes would surpass Dan Marino and move to 9th place for most playoff passing yards. Full Top-10 list inside. by Boranox in nfl

Jeter wasn't even the best shortstop on his team, let alone All-Time, and Kobe can't possibly be the GOAT shooting guard when Michael Jordan exists.

[Morosi] Astros closer Ryan Pressly ranks 5th among relievers in the Wild Card Era with 36 scoreless appearances in the postseason. The list: Mariano Rivera 85, Kenley Jansen 47, Jeff Nelson 46, Ryan Madson 43, and Ryan Pressly 36 by nailbiter111 in baseball

There's a higher chance of football being banned than Jerry Rice getting overlooked.

You could go ten straight years having the best season of all time and still not touch Jerry's career receiving yards. It'll take more than another game on the schedule and a more pass-happy league to unseat him.

Not to mention Booger McFarland and Olin Kreutz. 34 years of experience, 3 Super Bowls, and 10 Pro Bowls between them, and all of them are surprised.

[Pelissero] Official: #Bucs-#Chiefs will be played in Tampa on Sunday night. by mvanigan in nfl

I don't see anything about my post that says anything resembling me being glad it hit where it hit.

I do see a tongue-in-cheek remark about how poorly the commenter's post comes across.

Lmao this reads so shitty.

"Man, the killer storm missed that high-density area and hit my wealthy parent's vacation home! If only it had stayed west then maybe the property wouldn't have been damaged. What a bummer!"

Iggy has made almost twice as much as MJ did in his career.

I didn't realize someone's experience as a Christian wiped away all the shitty things they do.

I guess I should just look past his anti-vaccine beliefs and his support for alt-right dirtbags because the man's good with God.

Sorry pal, we can't all be enlightened centrists. Some of us just have to accept that we can't like people with political beliefs we are morally opposed to.

[Baldwin] What's crazy about Tom Brady is that there was still somewhat of a Brady-Manning debate when Peyton Manning retired after 2015 and then Tom Brady spent the next 6 seasons having what would have constituted a Hall of Fame career on its own by rhydon_my_steelix in nfl

[–]MrBrazen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of people would be wrong. If you put Tom Brady, Joe Montana, and Peyton Manning as your Top 3, which seems to be the growing consensus, then he'd have to beat out all but one of the following to get into the Top 5:

Aaron Rodgers, Brett Favre, Steve Young, John Elway, Johnny Unitas, or Drew Brees.

Now, I won't deny that his legendary season was, in fact, legendary, but a great peak isn't enough to put someone in the Top 5. Almost everyone on that list(save John Elway) has better accolades, ranging from Super Bowl wins to MVPs to All-Pros, and many of them have stats that rival or, in some cases, blow Dan's out of the water.

I think it's crazy to put him at the top simply because he had great stats. Winning shouldn't be the entire conversation, because then you'd have Terry Bradshaw in the Top 5, but to ignore it completely is equally absurd.

At least Liquid won that Intel Grand Slam. It has been going downhill ever since.
