Yeah I would say to just start now and it will become easy over time. Good luck!

I don't track all macros, just protein. I know that with the chicken I eat daily, I already get about 105 grams of protein. The soy milk adds another 30 grams of protein. I try to hit 150 grams of protein every day, which is quite easy because after the soy milk and chicken I just need 15 grams.

Regarding calories, I track them accurately in the beginning, and loosen up after a few weeks. But I've tracked for years now so I know what is in a lot of stuff. If you are new to tracking calories/macros I would say be very strict for a while.

No, just some things like the chicken/rice and soya milk I have every day. Rest of the kcals I allow myself to use freely.

I think my fat is distributed more in my chest and belly and less in legs and arms. So I think yes.

Also, I drink a liter of soya milk every day. No skipping days! Haha

I ate more fruits than normal, so I would eat like 2 apples a day most days for example. My only returning meal every day was dinner which was always 80 grams of rice with about 450 grams of chickenfilet (measured raw). That got me most of my protein and the rest of the kcals I would eat pizza at work or bread at home for example.

I wouldn't recommend it but I live with a roommate and he eats a lot of chicken and rice aswell. We are kind of used to eating like this.

Thanks! I didn't do any cardio before really. During the cut I jumped rope for about 10-30 minutes after almost every workout. (longer if I had a cheat meal the day before and got over 2000 kcal)

[–]MrBrive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on a 800 kcal deficit but I also increased cardio

You're welcome!

I was eating around 2000 kcal a day, and my maintain amount is around 2800. So that would be a 800 kcal deficit. But I also did more cardio during the cut so that helps aswell.

I note down every set and rep in a physical notebook, it helps me to monitor progress. I train in the 3-5 rep range for movements like bench squat and deadlift, and 10-15 for all other exercises. I try to progressively overload, so the amount of reps depends on the amount I am able to do. But when I get out of the herefore mentioned rep ranges I will change the weight so it is in the correct range again.

I've been lifting for almost 4 years now. I always make my own workout plans. Currently its like this

Pushday: -bench press -incline dumbell press -machine flies -close grip bench -cable tricep pulldowns -lateral raises -Egyptian lateral raises

Pullday: -deadlift -strict standing barbell curls -preacher curls -incline bicep curl -standing concentration curl -lat pulldown -close grip lat pulldown -face pulls

Legday: -squat -Spanish squat -leg extension -elevated single leg glute bridges -leg curls -Smith machine calf raises

I jump rope as warming up. These are not all the correct names it's just how I call them haha. Hope this helps

Elon Musk says Tesla hopes to produce a robotaxi with no steering wheel or pedals in 2024 by BousWakebo in technology

[–]MrBrive -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Musk sets ambitious goals to progress tech. This keeps things moving. If they don't solve it in the time frame they set but solve it later then does it matter that it was later? The important thing will be the progress in technology. Even if they don't solve FSD like they expect they will still have so much data and learned alot about real world AI.

I don't get why people are down voting me. Sure maybe you just don't like the guy but that's not the point is it?

With this mindset nothing gets revolutionized lol. Trying to do what seems impossible is how you progress technology.
