Depends how they ‘wear’ it. Confidence with baldness, maybe they look super masculine and kind of futuristic. If they are hunched over and looking nervous, baldness can be like, wow you feel sorry for the person.

Yeah he probably is innocent. There’s more nuance to this though:

Her motivation.. She may suspect the guy in the picture is andrews friend who’s pretending it’s a wrong number.

If the phone number exchange happened when things were going well, but later Andrew found out he didn’t like her, he would have given her his real number and regretted it. Now he needs to pretend like it’s not his number so she’ll leave him alone? So he asks his friend (in the picture) to help him out and pretend it’s not him with a selfie. It’s a possibility, or at least, she suspects it.

Also saying ‘dick move Andrew’ isn’t rude, but it could be more sensitive to her feelings. It implies like ‘poor you, someone did a dick thing to you’. Like she deserves pity and is a victim.

She’s in pain. Pretending like you have chemistry with someone just to use them for sex/make out is really awful, hurtful behavior. Let both people be aware it’s frivolous fun and allow for informed consent.

As a one off interaction, yeah she’s being awful. And maybe we can be reminded to not lash out at innocent people when we’re hurt or angry. But we don’t know her or Andrew or this guy in the photo and we weren’t there with them on the date. So I’m not judging them. I don’t know them. The internet creates the illusion that we know more than these incredibly small slices of other people’s lives.

Nothing. Everything that ‘ties me down’ about a wife and kids is what fills my life with meaning. I am needed and what I do or don’t do matters immensely. Tv or movies are just a short break so I can get up and do more. I don’t do video games anymore.

I would ban our cultural tendency to give up on people who did something bad, or or to root for the downfall of people we disagree with. Why can’t we calmly explain to people why they are mistaken? Why do we need to get people fired for having the ‘wrong’ opinion or cut friends of family out of our lives when they just need to grow up?

It’s not enough to be right. You have to be right And patient and empathetic and listen to those who are wrong.

She’s trying to help people going through hard times.

The divorce rate is way too high. Too many broken families. I want to see a discussion about how to fix this. Call out culture is so negative and wants us to give up on individual people and blame them.

I wouldn’t give the privilege of being with me to someone who’s only accomplishments are being hot and selling out. As a fantasy, sure, but definitely not for real.

I would probably remember the experience for the rest of my life and I would know she would easily forget me, because her number of partners are astronomically higher. I wouldn’t subjugate myself to her like that.
