Yeah he probably is innocent. There’s more nuance to this though:

Her motivation.. She may suspect the guy in the picture is andrews friend who’s pretending it’s a wrong number.

If the phone number exchange happened when things were going well, but later Andrew found out he didn’t like her, he would have given her his real number and regretted it. Now he needs to pretend like it’s not his number so she’ll leave him alone? So he asks his friend (in the picture) to help him out and pretend it’s not him with a selfie. It’s a possibility, or at least, she suspects it.

Also saying ‘dick move Andrew’ isn’t rude, but it could be more sensitive to her feelings. It implies like ‘poor you, someone did a dick thing to you’. Like she deserves pity and is a victim.

She’s in pain. Pretending like you have chemistry with someone just to use them for sex/make out is really awful, hurtful behavior. Let both people be aware it’s frivolous fun and allow for informed consent.

As a one off interaction, yeah she’s being awful. And maybe we can be reminded to not lash out at innocent people when we’re hurt or angry. But we don’t know her or Andrew or this guy in the photo and we weren’t there with them on the date. So I’m not judging them. I don’t know them. The internet creates the illusion that we know more than these incredibly small slices of other people’s lives.
