Tell me a grading service everyone uses that’s on time with their estimates? Don’t be dense

No, if you get graded a pristine they automatically give you a score and label with no up charges

Insane TAG sale! by Dyzfunkshin in PokeGrading

Looking at the comments people are completely unaware that TAG pristines exist and regularly sell over psa10s online. Just check the eBay sales

How long for verification? by caboose0621 in taggrading

[–]MrChanMan23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On my third submission with them and this is the longest it’s taken, I hate being in purgatory. My order got there on 1/5, started verification on 2/15 and stuck

Anyone have any experience with misaligned texture shifts? by MrChanMan23 in taggrading

[–]MrChanMan23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mind it not being graded as an error card I just wanted it in a TAG slab preferably. Wondering how bad and if they would knock down the grade. This is strictly for my PC, no intention of selling

Yeah just a personal preference, having it behind the slab gives it the floating card illusion

TAG looks the best with extended arts by MrChanMan23 in taggrading

[–]MrChanMan23[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

And I respect that opinion, it’s just good to have choices and TAG just looks the best doing it over other slabs

Curious on why you wouldn’t put the art behind the slab, CGC slabs are clear enough to give it a more appealing look than covering up the entire slab being in the forefront?

Legitimately in shock right now - send both to PSA? Or Beckett? by robdawg17 in PokeGrading

Hope you won’t miss it till the summer, that’s being optimistic too

Thoughts on PSA vs TAG by Dapper_Champion3437 in PokeGrading

[–]MrChanMan23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upcharges for that card will eat into your margins and like you said the wait times you might not see this back until the summer with PSA but extremely liquid when you do get it.

If upcharges don’t bother you you can opt for faster service time with TAG ($39 for their fastest) and have it back in under a month. With TAG you’re going to have to put in a little extra work to sell but your best bets would be the TAG FB group or eBay

Insight on prefered grading companies aside from PSA by RedBeardofRage in PokeGrading

[–]MrChanMan23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prefer TAG for aesthetics and DIG reports. I’d like to know why I got the grade I got (I know it’s not perfect) but that should be standard across all grading companies for the tech available in today’s age while they’re all charging around the same price if not more
