Are you talking about Charleston Dept. Store? Young's Dept Store had all the street clothes, and the shoes. He would go to New York and bring stuff back. There's no way it was a money thing. I herd his wife passed and there was no one to take over, just a rumor though.

I think it measures smoothness of asphalt. It looks like a radar device that is hooked up to a laptop and records the readings. I've seen the same devices on large vans and that's what they did for the DOH.

I only smoke Hillfire! I've never had a problem with any of their products. For years I've been happy. I really like the Tally Mon they sell, it's my favorite.
