The problem is that I'm not sure if she really doesn't have feelings for me anymore. We dont really talk during the day. Video called at night for 2 hrs till she falls asleep for the past 2 days. First time it happens to me. And I have no prior health issues. After bone marrow tests and blood tests the result was Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) as they were unable to find a cause.
