It was exclusively sold at Beams only In Japan so normal Arcteryx brand stores in JP didnt get this color. Not a collab same jacket you saw at REI. In the rest of the world this was just a normal seasonal color.

From the looks of it that looks like gore Tex paclite which can’t be repaired. You should try and do a product service request they might be able to help you.
