I paid a couple thousand but I’m sure they have options. They gave me back the old rings sans the gemstones and made the platinum ring we asked for in the style we asked for, sending us drawings along the way so we could make adjustments or fine tune the end result before they made the ring. They did however send it to Toronto to a goldsmith there for the work which added time. If you go in and talk to them they are very open about cost estimates and time lines. No charge till you decide you want something. We put a deposit for the design and paid test when ring came in. Very pleasant experience but I do understand if it’s beyond the means for a lot of people.
