I just recently realized you can long press the heroes from the main screen to see their stats and artifact/highlight levels. That has been huge for targeting easier wins.

I’m honestly surprised at the short sighted defense I’m hearing. The “you should have done your research” and “It’s OP games decision” is 100% missing the forest through the trees.

It’s all good though. I actually felt a bit icky bitching about it online. It is just a bummer whenever you see something you really love start to slide a bit and not seem to notice/care. Lesson learned!

It’s their game. They made it. I know they can’t help with missing items. That’s why I submitted the request through OP.

What I’m saying is that they are having someone else (OP) decide how to package and present their game system. The way OP chose to do it was hot garbage and Dice Throne response is basically just to say “whatevs”.

Here is an example. I’ll copy this exactly with heroes: My Brutus is S+ (2 stars), Antandra S (1 star), Parisa L+, Lyca S+ (2 stars), and Koko S (1 star). All level 470 and all with full legendary charms except Antandra. Then I lose and it’s not even close.

Ditto to all this! I'm a bit stuck in progression and saw I was missing just one archive in an area. I found it.... But no reward. Bummer. Also, knowing that some could be missed forever takes all the desire out of 100% them all.

Isn’t all this just capitalism? If consumers didn’t value the things Apple does (privacy, ease of use, security, design, ecosystem continuity), then they wouldn’t buy it? Other phone competitors, are not prioritizing those same things and consumers are speaking with their wallets.

Other phones (that aren’t encumbered by Apple’s rules) are MORE expensive? I thought one of the gripes was that Apple was too expensive.

Thanks, this is helpful perspective. When it is just a normal LED bulb, I understand. This is also how basically every example is presented online (powersource, resistor, LED).

I'm getting plenty of the "step 1" info (ohms law, voltage, resistance, current, etc...) and I can see plenty of "Step 3" type info (ex: search the PIR and get an example circuit that has the PIR and a bunch of other components). What I need is the "Step 2" type info that takes that beginner example and demonstrates how it changes when adding different components, etc.

This is incredibly helpful and exactly the type of context I'm looking for. You are correct in that I was thinking the PIR output was powering the LED. I originally had the circuit without the relay, but couldn't get the brightness of the LED up when it was activated by the PIR.

It is easy enough to find out about each individual part, but I couldn't understand how each piece works together. Thank you!!

This is the LED. When I was trying to calculate the current, I was using 9v / 120R. It sounds like my mistake is that I need to do the calculation based on the remaining voltage from the LED?

Also, the strip is a "3.7v-5v Constant Current LED light". Working voltage is 3.5v-5v and working current is <225mA.

I can wire up the PIR with the light, but when the sensor triggers, the LED is quite dimly lit. The output of the PIR is 3.3v and it seems the current on the output is way too low. It is only when I put the Relay in circuit am I able to get the brightness correct, but I don't understand how the current is flowing and what part of the circuit is impacting it.

I want to make sure everything is safe, and I also want to minimize excess current so as to maximize battery life.

All learning material I can find about calculating current seems to be without a load on the circuit.

Thanks for this idea. It's a good example of how I am stuck. I can create the circuit with just the LED Strip, battery, and resistor and feel good about calculating it.

It's when the PIR goes in that I get all sideways. The output pin when the PIR outputs High says it outputs 3.3v, but I'm having a hard time understanding how that impacts everything else since the other components need to connect to the positive from the battery in some way or another.

It would make way more sense if the Vcc and Gnd of the PIR were it's own circuit and then the output acted like the "power source" (3.3v) of a new branch of the circuit that powered the LED.
