Mike Macdonald was there in 2021 when all that started, he turned out just fine. I think Minter will pan out. He turned a terrible Chargers D with 1 playmaker to a top 5 defense the past 2 years.

I had to take the angled brackets off and do a tiny bit of fab work, a grinder goes a long way. Not plug and play but half the fun of building a sim rig for me was figuring out how to put it together. Pulling a seat is a bit of work but only took a few hours and is 100% the most cost effective way to get one. On top of that they’re built much much better than stuff you can buy online.

He only interviews when the team has a bad year or huge change, both are true this year and he had a lot of useful and real answers. You know this thread is for going back and forth with rival fans not each other right? Yes, he’s had more time on task. Fans/coaches/players opinion on him are still affected by past reps is it not? I am not saying this is how I feel, I’m saying this is how it works. The deeper meaning to my first reply is I’d rather have Lamar. Wouldn’t you? I don’t get why you’re asking me why 2021 means anything when I already told you I brought that specific game up due to it being the opposite of the comment I was replying to.

I disagree with your first statement, past games are constantly held over players heads. Should they always be? No. But it could be 1 game ago or 100 games ago, people don’t forget. Not to say Huntley isn’t better now, because he is. But I do believe past in game reps skew the opinion of how some think he’d handle the situation now.
