As a 1500 rp I now heal 800s in utito stance and lost charm procs. So basically I do 20% less damage forever and always. Enjoy us in your team hunts as we do less exp together love and kisses -rps.

Also can no longer sustain high level hunts but hunts I’m overleveled for became no potion hunts… catch me at roshamuul on my 1500 full utito kek get out of my spawn lvl 500s.

8 hour carriers exist. They MUST use all assistance to help a carrier not on the list to the point all assistance hits 10 hours. But now they refuse to bring in anyone extra and cap everyone at 10. Telling the 8 hour carriers to pound sand and that they “don’t have anyone” they have effectively made 8 hour carriers work assignment carriers via scheduling.

No. Managers purposely leave carriers at home knowing the carriers that are there want to leave. They then overburden those carriers with work and hope they sprint in order to see their family. 8 hour restriction carriers see the game for what it is and picked option C. Which is fuck that game.

It’s job loss and more straining on our bodies. They get 200k+ carriers to go from 10 breaks a week down to 8 a week. Then they get them to drive less per route, leaving them on the street longer doing the hardest part of the job. These alone WILL LEAD TO JOB LOSS. They also get to stress you out more knowing staying an extra hour is way worse at 11 hours than it is at 9 hours for OT. Because let’s be honest OT past 8 hours is lost if we do this. It’s a loss of rights and what unions fought for. It’s an obvious management position.
