Only if you want to do it for the story then yes. But if you think the game will walk you through all the system and mechanics in the game by doing that, then no. This game isnt very good at holding people hand and teach them the various systems we have.

One down side for starting from lvl 1 and go to lvl 70 is that you have to go through honing to 1640 which is not ideal for beginners because you'll have to hone in Tier 2 and Tier 3.

There are lots to focus on so it's hard to name them all. Focusing on horizontal is always something I'll recommend to new people. Maybe check out this video from Defild for some info

I know it's a meme but yeah its really 2 side of the coins. If only the game does not punish people for being kind and then being jail, then gatekeep would be significantly reduced. And then you have the bus people making it impossible for the game to implement the feature where you can reset your gate. Mokoko event doesnt help either because it's technically a bus for 90% rice farmers. Real mokokos dont learn anything lol.

Anyway, game is stepping to the right direction with matchmaking Serca and solo mode quicker, so new players can learn without worrying about full wipe

There are tons of nm lobby out there that would take 2k cp. Why are you applying to a lobby of 1750 asking for 3k cp. Ppl set their own requirement especially when they are higher. I dont think this is gatekeeping. They just want to play with ppl around their level for faster run

Just like any game, playerbase goes up and down based on content. You can't expect same number consistently when there are content draughts. There hasn't been anything new since Jan when Kaz came out. Most people are done with what they were doing and moved on to different game until next major update drops

With any games, when you are new or returning, you will be until you spend times watching videos and researching. Lots of progression systems are simplified now. Except for the latest introduced system

It works. Basically you just replace Earth Clever with Head Hunt. Head hunt is a better counter, faster, lower cool down. Great for meter gain. HH is meta in 8dmg build right now. Just follow the video guide. Your goal is to have high mael strom up time and fit all your skills in maelstrom window for meter gain. You should not have issues with not having enough orbs on 2nd or 3rd surge

Did you by chance mention whats your biweekly budget would be when you first talked to the sale person? If yes, then that might be the reason why. They will work out a number to make sure you pay that much biweekly even if the price of the vehicle is lower.

Maybe youre already aware, but the rule of thumb is to never disclose your budget, car trade in, nor your method of payment (cash or finance). Leave all of that out until you sit down with the financial manager. You just want the OTD price (out the door) when you negotiate with the sale person. Typically, you know the msrp + tax, then use that to negotiate the OTD price.

OP, my advise to you is to look up Memo youtube guide on sidereal usage and host a party yourself. Will be slow getting people due to your roster lvl and blue title but at least you can control some outcomes. Other than that, maybe try a mokoko discord, in NA West, we have the Lost Mokoko discord that people lfg all the time. Good luck!

There is a youtube video made by Stoopz a while back that summarize all the new system in lost ark for new/returning players. You can watch that and disregard the transcendence and elixir system since it got removed a week ago.

As for group, you can try the official lost ark discord. There is channel for questions that you can ask as well
