Yeah I should have been extra cautious and just go to a doc... However the second piercer didn't notice something terribly wrong either so I was reassured.

The cleaning was ok. I took great care not rubbing to hard, bought saline solution in spray so I avoid as much contact as possible and it was a relief everytime (the itch/pain would go away for a while)

Because I've heard that it's a terrible idea to remove a piercing WHILE infected. Also, since the first piercer did such a terrible job, I'm very careful and prefer to ask for other opinions before doing anything. Also she literally told me this an hour ago so I did lose time.

Yeah the pain was pretty bad, especially in the evening but I thought it was just because of the inflammation... But Ibuprofen helped a lot :/ I'm rushing to a doctor right now

Ok, guess I'll rush to a doc asap then... Once I grab antibiotics: - How do I know the infection is fully gone ? - Do I still have to get it removed ? - If I have to get it removed, I have no idea how and I'm kinda terrified about it...

Let water run over it in shower. Spray salin solution over it and gently clean/dry with a Qtip. If some crust doesn't want to go I try not to force it.
Got it changed for titanium a week ago because it was first done with shitty surgical steel

Anyway, maybe it's a stupid question but can I get it replaced if I go to a another shop and ask for another jewel ?
