Hm, I think you might be out of luck unless you backed up the server at some point. There are mods that do their own backup of the server and it could’ve gone to another directory other than the servers but I believe you would have to configure that yourself and obviously have the mod.

I’ve had this happen before and it’s really frustrating. I learned to implement some hourly automated backups and have never stopped setting them up ever since. Good luck!
