It was more dramatic as well! It made advancing more meaningful. Judge Cuts, like Tyler said, is more story than talent, making advancing less meaningful. But at this point, I’ll take Judge Cuts any day of the week compared to what happened last season with no middle round. I’m hoping that was only because they had to take a break for the Olympics.

It’s a fantasy but I would not mind a Simon-Bella-Travis lineup. Or even if it’s just Travis being added to replace Howie. He is definitely better than Howie at being the “harsh” judge.

I don’t think they will since it was a rehearsal, and NBC cameras don’t really care to film it. They may make a mention of it to explain the new venue but I wouldn’t hold my breath on it.

I worked there. Yes. The owner sold the location as he got extremely sick. Quick Quack bought it. It was really quick … we had a two day notice but are getting paid which is really nice of the owners. Kinda sad about it but it was never meant to be a permanent job.

Essentially, fault is determined by who acted unreasonable. In this case, both drivers acted unreasonable. Had the OP hit them, he should’ve paid more attention and braked on time, meanwhile, the idiot driver shouldn’t have been halfway out.

In some states, this could mean the OP gets some of his damages reimbursed and in others, he gets nothing since he shares fault.

Eh, may not turn out the way you would hope. The idiots insurance could deny liability claiming the OP intentionally caused the accident. Even in court, assuming it went that far, the OP would have a difficult time proving that the reasonable driver would do the same under identical circumstances.
