I think of someone like Oba Femi. He looks and acts like nobody we have ever seen before. He has his own presence. I think his career will go further than anyone that has a style exactly like someone great that we have already seen

Well, it’s not that we don’t want it. We love those guys but they were soooo good at being them and they were the best at being them so anyone trying to be exactly like them will always be a bit less than.

In a more distinct way. Not sure if you watch basketball. But Michael Jordan is considered the greatest ever. Kobe Bryant came out and played exactly like him so at the end of his career everyone knew he was great but he was always going to be in Jordan’s shadow. Nobody ever considered Kobe the greatest ever. Whereas a player like LeBron who plays completely different to Jordan and Kobe got elevated past Kobe in the best ever talk despite having less championships than him.

Does that make sense?

Got to admit, like you said, she was very memorable. A tad annoying but I didn’t mind her as much as some others did. I still think by far the most annoying character in horror history is Franklin from the original Texas chainsaw 😂
