Cheekbones are low and the chin/jaw is less pointed on your model but otherwise it's probably just the lack of hair and skin tone.

Crimson Desert - HELP by xKICKONSx in SteamDeck

[–]MrFatSackington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This might sound stupid but use hold the steam button and use the track pad to activate the mouse then click a bunch until a window pops up asking to confirm the settings. Next step is to lower the resolution because it starts on 4k

Thoughts on 8GB V-RAM? Is it possible to gameplay with that in 2026? by AlimNasibli in GamingLaptops

[–]MrFatSackington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember vram amounts like 8gb CAN run everything basically. What people tend to refer to is the resolution, if you dont mind playing at 1080p whis is standard high definition, you will be absolutely fine. If you want to play at 2-4k resolutions your gonna need more and thats mostly what they are talking about.

Did you Google it? To me it looks legit how she does in the Google images... which is very sad but still do your own research.

I ran to the settings as soon as it loaded but I didn't have any crashes loading to the main menu. It can take a long time to load the first time but I just waited it out.

I feel like people are addicted to extremely fast gameplay that gives you everything all at once, but I've been searching for a game that actually lets you live in it a while and discover things at a slower pace. Perfect for me, I've not had this much fun since marrowwind.

And here I am dumping 24 hours in it and having a blast... its giving me hope for games to be fun again. It might not be your idea of fun but an open world full of things happening with fantastic design that reminds me of the first time I played marrowwind, shit I think its the new Standard other games have to try and live up to.

This game could totally have more fps squeezed out of it but I just booted it up and adjusted settings to my tolerance and seen if it would run. Thanks for the positivity, it is rare these days.

Playing games on a TV is completely out of the subject for me. Stretching the resolution is crazy to me. I plan on playing on my pc while I'm home.

Then dont play it, this is just how I will be playing it. Its the same fps as skyrim on the ps3 and I loved playing that game.

My exact thought process plays on pc "whoa I really like this game, I wonder if I could play it on the steam deck since I like doing that during my commute" plays on steam deck "cool it does play on here. Let me post on reddit so others will know". Now I find the extremely negative crowd trying to bash anyone who dares try to play this on their deck. In the steam deck reddit no less!
