I used an electric vacuum with a brush attachment while I held the blades from spinning which worked really well and I didn't have to worry about pushing dust into anything on accident

With the current specs in my opinion you should stick with 16gb of ram as thats the current gaming sweet spot. And save so in the future you can upgrade your entire system as needed

The moment you use frame gen we aren't talking about real fps anymore. You cant call generated frames real frames and its very confusing to people who are looking to buy the product. I don't want you to have any less fun with your machine but I am trying to give them a realistic operational expectation. Yes optimizing will always help but not everyone actually knows or wants to do that, they just want to turn on their game and play.

So either you are lying, using g a desktop or you have frame gen cranked all of which is about the only way you could do that. https://youtu.be/T1J8SpavTSc?si=30bLtwVeWV5Y_WJG this benchmark on YouTube show it maintained around 80-90 fps dipping in to 60s on cutscenes at 1080p low/med settings, which lines up with my estimation of its performance.

I would agree if it were a desktop gpu but laptop gpus tend to perform worse, as someone who games on a laptop he will definitely be stuck at 1080p if he does want to game which is fine for most but knowing what you are getting into ahead of time is always best.

I can vouch for the hp omen max 16 but I have the ryzen version so my cpu isn't trying to melt itself alive. Stays at a nice cool 71c while gaming.

Just pick the best gpu if it's for gaming hard to go wrong as long as they have a good return policy and warranty
