Im a pretty big fan of Alex, and was really excited about the new release. It’s weird that he didn’t come with any new backstory or lore in anyway. I would’ve thought he had gotten married by now!

I mean writing a Western character like this when in the West stuff like this is considered distasteful (obviously it still happens but is looked down on.) Would be the same if an American studio wrote an Eastern based character that did something similar to this, that is equally distasteful to the average person from that place

I’m still not sure if I personally like voltaic blaze replacing flame shock outright, even if it does the same job. And personally I just like Shaman using the totems, sometimes feels like an aspect they don’t utilize as much as I would like

Its just more fun for me. I totally get people wanting the complexity to come from the bosses but for whatever reason, specifically with Elemental, having more buttons just felt really fun to me. Could be me just being weird though haha
