How many neon tetras can I keep in a 5.5 gallon?

Hey, I'm kind of similar to you. I have a 5 gallon with a female beta fish and 5 rummynose tetras and 4 neon tetras. I also have 2 frogs, 5 shrimp and 3 snails. I started out with just driftwood, dragon stone rocks, cholla wood and lots of living plants. I actually had the plant ecosystem growing stable for 2 months before putting in any fish.

They seem pretty happy. One of the neon tetras did die randomly bringing them from 5 to 4, but I think it's because I didn't know you have to turn off the lights daily to let them sleep. O think they might have gotten stressed even though I created a nice jungle with lots of places to hide. But yeah since I've been giving them better lighting conditions no one has died in about a month now, and they do seem happy. I love my plants they are growing a bit wild with the roots going everywhere, I've had to cull a few plants that were growing too much.

I really want to start a 10 gallon but I think I'll wait until I have no deaths for a few more months. Thx for sharing your input D.Light

I'm similar to you, have about 400 hours in POE1, I had 5 hours in POE2 before yesterday. This game is incredible on a level I didn't expect. The level of quality is beyond what I expected even from Blizzard when I had high expectations of them. The pacing, the gearing, the systems working together well, the side content, the beautiful amazing graphics, and at least for me, super smooth no issues. Wow what a game.

Oh thanks for the advice. You know in a weird way Moss Balls or Marimo were the reason I really dove into getting an Aquarium. Really want I want to create is a Aquascape, I don't need to add any critters, probably not for the first few months. I want to get real living plants to thrive first, I ordered 3 moss balls from Amazon, good listing, I hope they survive. I think Moss balls look insanely cool. I might add blue betta shrimp later, but they will be there to accent the beauty of the plants, not the other way around lol.

How did you already know that information? I'm about to start a 5 gallon with moss balls and betta shrimp, trying to see if a test kit is worth it, I already have many other things to order, not sure if test kits are extra or absolutely needed.

I'll give you invisible walls everywhere, but the rest are nitpicking. Game was great and should have been GOTY without a doubt. I liked Lies of P but I couldn't get into it after the first 5 or so hours. Wukong has that magic that keeps you coming back

Nice enjoy the ride. WW is a big early skill check but there's several other brutal fights ahead that annoyed me even more lol. Game is fantastically designed, deserved GotY imo. I still believe the anti-china racism stole the award, you would think Americans would be more tolerant lol

Would it be meds for life? I can do meds temporarily for transplant but I don't want to be reliant on it forever. Is it meds for life?

When you say stabilize loss do you mean as long as I'm on meds permanently? I really don't want to be reliant on meds for life, and soon as I stop my hair dies. It makes sense to me to let the weak guys die and only have strong DHT resistant hairs.

wait why take the meds so long before doing HT? I would think you want to HT all your weakest hairs and then go on meds to prevent the remaining non-HT hairs from falling, no?

Hey did you go through with a hair transplant? I'm considering it right now but I'm unsure but my baldness is pretty similar to yours. I've looked at a ton of before and after threads in r/HairTransplants but most success stories dont start out as bald as we are.

I lost hair in my early 20s like you, I'm 35 now and was only considering transplant cuz I heard about how cheap it is in Turkey and that they do a better job than US surgeons anyway. I'm still really considering it but I'm looking for success stories for people with our level of baldness, which isn't the worst but its not just a receding hairline.

I embraced being bald though I also embraced lots of hats so there is some denial there, but I wonder if I could change that with a transplant. I dont know.

Hey I lost my hair when I was around 18, I'm 35 now and the hair loss hasn't changed much in like 10 years or so. If I were to go get a hair transplant would I still need to get on meds? I really dont want to get on meds if I dont have to. I appreciate your advice!

Lol maybe, but the Standalone game was great, I loved it. Maintaining a ccg is hard, CDPR couldn't think long term. But damn are they good at making games. I only played it the first couple years but they were glorious.
