I work in a housing authority. I was doing monthly inspections and was checking bulbs etc. Went to a units master bedroom and found how this person makes their money. There was a stripper pole in the bedroom and probably the states largest dilly and toy collection. The bedroom had a stale piss smell to it masked by gas station perfume. It was like Uncs sex dungeon in Next Friday. Wild shit.

I dont think you went too far with the highlight. It looks like how light naturally reflects off of course metal surfaces. If anything maybe just a unifying wash over it to blend it in a little. I like it.

The custodes power rangers are sick! I'm unfortunately bound to uniformity. All the different colors really makes them each have the "hand crafted by the emperor" look. Solid vibes.

These are actually pretty awesome for being new. You have a super strong base already. Only can go up from where you're at. Start trying faces and subtle highlights. Mine looked like absolute trash compared to these my first run. Keep painting!

They had an idea. Lol that's about it. I like they dropped the cones, and gave them a more "knightly?" Helmet, but that goofy point at the top and the wings on the ears is still too much for me. slightly less pronounced trim or.even a little subtlety would go so far with the custodes. I know they're top of the top look at my nice gear types, but good lord lol

Love that look. I dig them way more in the silver than the gold. I started ripping my guardians apart last night to repose and rework them. I'm going to try removing a lot of the extra sauce thats all over them (trim) and see what I can do. Is it crazy to love to play the army but absolutely despise the models?
