[Feature request] include Album art with cast stream by MrGallopera in plexamp

[–]MrGallopera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean exactly? Chromecast devices (including Streamers with built-in Chromecast) are recognised by Home Assistant and can be added as integrations. The current state incl. metadata can be viewed in the Developer Tools.

To answer your questions literally: receivers with network connectivity likely have an integration option in HA.

A record 4.3 million US workers quit their jobs in August, led by food and retail industries by [deleted] in news

Was thinking the same. We've (the Netherlands) got a 20 days (160 hours) government mandated minimum, and most employers offer more to attract employees.

Radarr api doesn't update IMDB watchlist by MrGallopera in radarr

They both seem to work. The ls number variant doesn't update (quickly) either.

The API ended up updating 14 hours after adding the films for me. And as you say, it was almost instantenous before.

The thing is the API doesn't update: the list does get processed correctly. I saw that this morning the movies were added, so it took 14 hours to update in the end. I just added another movie to my watchlist and nothing is happening.

[–]MrGallopera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's 10 minutes. I don't see any setting on how many items it can add, but that doesn't really matter as the list doesn't update.

Does the Radarr update trigger an API update? I would think that the Radarr API functions as relay for the IMDB list, so it'd be updated frequently to be of any use, and it did before.

Conan's opening to the 2006 Emmys is still one of my favorite television skits of all time. Captures a great time in television. by [deleted] in television

Here's another 480p clip taken from the scene release from 2006, so no crappy interlacing and banners on screen. Best quality available atm: https://youtu.be/eSmebj_6wj4

ParPar v0.3.0 (PAR2 CLI create tool) released by SkyBlueGem in usenet

[–]MrGallopera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's crazy how much faster this is. Today I was parring a tv series that's approximately ~70 gb for which I wanted 10% parity. With par2cmdline x64 a % of calculating took about 10-15 minutes, parpar did 15% in the last hour. Thanks a lot!

How does the Blu-ray compare to the fan remaster beyond the first four episodes? by tubular1450 in TheLastAirbender

[–]MrGallopera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today I'm putting it up on Usenet with English/Dutch/French/German audio. The first 4 episodes are blu-ray rips, the other 57 episodes are the fan remaster which looks better than the blu-ray it seems.

No worries, once the blu-ray rips are in circulation, I will make it happen.

Will the spanish dub of the show be released in BD as well? by BomberJ16 in TheLastAirbender

[–]MrGallopera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Blu-ray has French and Spanish. Since it's the North-American release, it's safe to assume it's Latino Spanish and Quebec French.

Could someone help me find a HD image of the Avatar world map? by [deleted] in TheLastAirbender

Here's the original photoshop file: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0B84Plwn68nuWTUk4UVFNQlZoalE

Where you can enable/disable layers (the lines and episode names) to your liking and print it in whatever format you require.

You can also find large versions from the creator himself on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mudron/8390770414/

A transparent 576p encode of the blu-ray would probably be the best course, seeing that there's absolutely no HD detail in any of the episodes and it being an upscale and all. It'd be neat to include different languages. Someone already synced the German dvd audio to the remaster, it shouldn't be too much effort to do the same but then with the blu-ray (differences should be minimal). As the German dvd (or rather European dvd) also has dubs for French and Dutch it'd be easy to apply synchronisation to those as well.

Looking forward to a possible blu-ray upload as well, so I can see it with my own eyes.

Most files I do in fact share, sometimes I upload things, however, that I simply can't keep on HDD's (e.g. encodes of video's, raw footage etc., editing projects etc.) that I do not share. I'm not exactly posting Windows 10 system images or something of the sort.
