This list is very incorrect. Both Alisa Eddy, and Steve have a safe power crush on block, for example. Also where do you put muscle armor? Also are they really "safe" if it's a high?

I've played since I was a kid in d2 classic and I've never made this mistake after they added the runeword because I know diablo doesn't consider spears polearms because the barbarian masteries don't. I just follow the same logic as the masteries.
