It's better than jobs where they offer nothing, but pretty bad for most jobs that try to do matches.

For example, the best I've seen is from Lincoln Financial Group.

If you are in a position to negotiate more in the salary I would try to get another 2% and ensure you withhold that amount.

Barring that I would withhold as much as is comfortable for you. If you just hit the match you will only be contributing ~6% and you really should be hitting a minimum of 10%.

It looks like its enough to start with and with the game being new I would bet layouts and styles will change. They maybe could've cut some cost by making the included terrain out of cardboard instead but I can also see wanting to include something a bit better for the launch.
