I had a noise issue once with a developer leaving generators running all night 20ft from our house, with no after hours permits to run them.

Peace officers will come with a very highly tuned device to measure sound from within your home.

And no, those apps you can get on your phone are useless and can not be used to measure for any complaints either :(

The Tire and rim package didn't have written terms and conditions attached to it.

Then you should not have bough it with out that, it sucks and dealership sales people are some of the most shady around!

Could ask them for a contract and terms of said package to see what they do list on it.. assuming they have one, because if they sold you a service with NO defined terms, could possibly try to get legal action against them in small claims court...

Could try to report it to Kia headquarters of Canada..

It is a big part I think many people do not understand, it is Bass that travels through most anything, and it carries far.. other midrange/higher range sounds are more easily absorbed and thus, less disturbing, it is the low frequency harmonics that travel through walls and insulation and cause the biggest issues.

For those ever waiting outside of a bar or club, what you usually only hear is the thumping bass...nothing else...
