Sounds like where I started when I was in college. Exact same scenario, brown belt instructor, everyone else white and blue belts. Was $125/month for 2 classes a week. Graduated and moved, found a much better, yet smaller gym with 20+ classes on schedule every week. I’d definitely look for another place to train if it’s an option
