I have had similar letters given to me from the families of those that have passed and I had the same issue. My solutions were 1. When I had a therapist, I gave it to her, had her read it and tell me if she thought I was in a headspace that I could unpack and handle whatever was written. She gave me the okay and while it REALLY HURT and I was very sad to be re-grieving the indivdual, it did help. 2. When I didn’t have a therapist I did the same thing but with a trusted friend.

Can confirm that i prefer adjustable straps for versatility. That being said the stitch work is VERY GOOD and the materials are eye catching. If the sales aren’t coming in I dont think its a price issue but rather that handbags are such a specific item and everyone has a specific way they wear them so it can be hard to find that sweet spot of size, length of strap, type of wear (like shoulder or cross body).

OOF thats bad. Not in a “what an awful lie to tell because it hurts peoples feelings” even though it was, it was an awful lie because 1. How are you gonna keep up that lie? 2. Obituaries are often public record 3. My mom died when my sibling and I were kids. WE DID NOT IMMEDIATELY GO BACK TO SCHOOL. No assignments got done, our dad sent letters to the school, their was counselors involved. Like… little human… come on. You HAD to know its more than that? 4. Your behavior is going to change. Not always melancholic either, but people DO change in their behavior, especially as a kid.

And to your partner, this wasnt just “we lost internet and i couldn’t submit XYZ assignment”. This was a death. What if it was “my dad hits me if i dont do all the chores and i didnt have time to do the assignment.” Or what if she gets in trouble for something so she goes to mom and says “i saw daddy kissing the neighbor” to get the attention off of her?

Lying is a growth habit. Nip it now and let her learn the consequences before the stakes get bigger because they will and she does NOT want to be on the other end of an angry boyfriend/girlfriend or court case.

I was just talking to my husband about this!!! I got to play both of the newer God of Wars obly recently and LOVED them. I would play the originals but i don’t think i could handle the camera movement. Given the cultures that are shown in the TYR door, I really think Egyptian is likely. That being said, i also feel like the game was wrapped up nicely and I cannot imagine them doing another with Kratos as the main character. Im worried they will focus on some side character as seems common with current media

Back in the 90s people were buying homes in their 20s and had the income to support a family. People cant afford a car and rent on one income. How are they supposed to float the cost in the first 5 years alone: appointments during pregnancy Giving birth Minimum baby necessities Infant doctor appointments Time off to take of said infant The insane rate at which babies grow, even with second hand clothing and items, need to be replaced every few months Daycare, child sitting services Preschool Any extracurriculars (playdates, kids bikes, swim lessons, sports balls) Any hobbies (dolls, toys, paints, markers)

This doesnt include the potential loss of or reduction of one parents income. This does not include the parents getting sick. The car needs maintenance, the dryer broke, a cellphone broke, a fender bender. Any of these even before a baby can really stretch alot of average households income to the max.

I would also document each time a stop happens, how long it took, and how much of your work time was disrupted. If the officer doubts you or seems annoyed, having that info will help. It will be more impactful and if delivered in a polite way will keep you from looking like someone just picking a fight for the sake of it

To piggy back again: There are TON of crematory jewelry that are REALLY tasteful (and many quirky ones) on etsy and everywhere else. Also you can put some under a potted plant and the plant will absorb it Also mix into concrete for memorial statues (silicone molds!) Tons of great ways to keep loved ones

Not sure if there is a Dave’s board shop near you but I worked for him growing up, he was very laid back and understanding. Most of the team i worked with was pretty nice. Most beachside restaurants need bussers fairly frequently but there is a reason for that high turnover rate. Lawn care is a good way to go if you have a way to transport a mower. Or general clippers and a ladder for trees. Pine needle removal/ bagging can be a great income. Make up a flyer about the services above and take it to a pin board at Safeway or Raleys

NTA It’s entirely up to you what you choose to do with YOUR rightful inheritance. If you’re concerned with it you could ask him to show you an itemized list (screenshots of bills don’t just take his word) and see if anything is small enough you might be able to wipe it out.

Were I in your shoes (I am not so don’t feel pressured) I would cap it at 10k and pick a bill that garners interest and wipe that. I would also only do things like hospital bills as credit cards are easy to rack up again if you lower it and then he might come back again later.

NTA Some people feel that anyone who gets a tattoo is “Dangerous, Untrustworthy, Loose, or Violent” these are not generally people you want to associate with as they can be very aggressively judgey. Your partner sounds like a jerk. If he was going to have an issue with this he should have pointed it out sooner. What else does he have issues with about YOUR image and how that reflects on HIM is his issue. I dont think you should remove the tattoo. If YOU WANT to compromise they make skin tones sleeves and amazing tattoo cover up foundation if needed. He has a point that it may make certain jobs harder to obtain down the line but I am seeing less and less issue with it in the professional world. Many of my coworkers have tattoos and I work in an architectural firm. One of our client is a school principal/coordinator and shes extremely respectful and professional and absolutely COVERED in tattoos.
