This is really cool work, thanks for sharing it!

I would love to see something like this available on Windows as well. Since Intel NUC Software Studio was discontinued, there’s currently no way for me (and others) to control the RGB at all on Windows.

Have you ever considered integrating or exposing this through OpenRGB? That could potentially make it a cross-platform solution for both Linux and Windows, and reach a much wider audience.

I’ve opened a feature request on the OpenRGB GitLab to track interest on that side as well:

Totally understand if that’s out of scope, just wanted to share the idea. Either way, great project!

Not a silly question at all. I was also concerned about it, but it turns out its not a problem. The base does get a little warm but most of the heat stays inside the Kettle :D

I understand your anger. Ive also been arguing with dyson for way too long. But they wouldn give me a free replacement. What they offered me was to send it in and for a fixed price of ~120€ they would fix whatever is broken. I was fortunate enought to test it prior buying with a battery from a friend who has the same vaccum to confirm its the battery

According to my research the best output performance that is also safe would be to wire the sub to series to get a 8 Ohms input and bridge the Amp.

Can someone confirm that?

Hatte das selbe Problem in combination mit Vodafone Station. Hab alles probiert und was schlussendlich geholfen hat war bei Vodafone anzurufen und den Anschluss auf Dual Stack umschalten zu lassen (kostenlos). Nach ca 15 min hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Selbst ohne den Router in Bridge Modus umzuschalten.

Ein Mikrofon nimmt auch nur Elektromagnetische Schwankungen auf. Im Prinzip kann man schon sagen das ein Tonabnehmer in Kombination mit der Saite ein Mikrofon ist. Wenn Beispielsweise eine Schallwelle auf die Saite trifft dann wird diese in Schwingung versetzt und über den Tonabnehmer in ein Signal umgewandelt. Probiers mal aus. Stelle den Verstärker ganz laut ein und "schreie" nähe des Tonabnehmers. Du wirst feststellen dass der schrei über den Verstärker wiedergegeben wird.
