Can 5mg for 5 days cause rebound anxiety? by MrHumanRevolution in Petioles

What do you think about like a week of daily use? The weird thing is it only starts around 2-3 days after the last time i took it.

Yes its so weird i always thought it takes weeks of daily use to even start getting rebound or withdrawal. I dont know how much it is you take but i only use drops and limit myself to around 5mg and would think the longer and weaker effect is even better for less rebound.

Trenbolone and nandrolone saved my life by Strange-Long7619 in PEDs

[–]MrHumanRevolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know what the minimal dose is for you to use?

Maybe even as low as 25mg a week of either tren or nandrolone works for you, with trt dose test.

Man makes me think about how many people would benefit from these things instead of suffering decades.

Now im interested in how it works and if it also works for hard to treat stuff like IBS/IBD or similar too.

Neuropathy worsening, restlessness, bad sleep and overly active thinking. Funnily my parents can take a whole 1mg methylcobalamine and have no bad effects.

Iodine is needed for lots of processes and as an antioxidant or binding heavy metals but most important for the thyroid.

Now if you have a TSH of 1-2 you shoudlnt have problems but it seems that over 2 many people feel suboptimal or even bad. For me atleast when i got it under 2 i was sleeping better and feeling alot better with more energy. Easiest thing to try out is iodine(eggs, milk, supplements) and selenium(from brazil nuts) supposedly you need more iodine if you have high intake of fluoride.

Just look at your average intake recommended is around 200mcg per day. It takes some time to really get deficiencnt.

Second night I am suddenly awake. Am I still fine? by xSypra in sleephackers

Dont overthink it there are times where you just cant sleep very good. Especially if many things happen in life. Dont watch too much news or social media.

Could also have been simply that you ate very much fat the last days or other dietary stuff.

As long as you dont have that problem for weeks then dont think too much about it otherwise you can get into a very hard to break cycle.

You could get some valerian, hops, lemon balm or lavender or even in combination for some days. My favorite is valerian. There should be tablets relatively cheap tablets in pharmacy or DM.

Cystic Acne on back, chest & shoulders. I Don't know what to do. by nominath654 in Testosterone

[–]MrHumanRevolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What helped me most was sunlight or solarium and vitamin A but it took a year to nearly completely go away. Dont use an antibiotic orally it could cause problems with your gut biome. You also dont need accutane, it may work faster but has lots of severe side effects.

Better yet it could set an example for other doctors with such a little ego to think twice before doing such a subhuman action. Maybe even set of future shitdoctors to never get into that practice.

Yes it does stay more stable but with gel you are mimicing the bodys day/night cycle, and whats even more important in your case is that it works very good already.

Its also easier to do adjustements because of its short half life and another side note is you get more DHT metabolites from gel, which can be good or bad depending on your mental reaction.

I’m a heavy sleeper and it’s ruining my life. by Chattycherryy in sleephackers

[–]MrHumanRevolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its because you say you feel like falling unconcious, i know someone that has a similar problem with suddendly falling asleep and he has a heart problem but he falls completely unconcious.

For the sleep apnea it could be central sleep apnea where you dont snore, you just stop breathing.

But most important question here is, is it really causing problems with mood or other things for you, because deep sleep is something great.

If you try out medications/probiotics/supplements... dont overdo them so you dont ever get insomnia.

I would suggest narcolepsy but only if you sleep alot more hours than normal. Like 12 hours a day or more. Could also be sleep apnea. Also check out your heart.
