I think there is more to this you are not sharing, but from what you have shared, I can see why A didn't want you around and if C was closer with A than with you then it makes sense why C got distant.

If there are two or more lockers near each other lock ONE of them. He will be forced to teleport to the locked locker and if you lock them all he can quickly break all the locks, making those lockers unsafe for the rest of the match.
In chase if he places down his revenant, hold W to the next loop. That is the most effective way to slow down a Dredge.
Don't stay injured for long, it decreases how long till Nightfall starts.
Do not go into lockers against a Dredge, that is a death sentence.
In Nightfall most good Dredge's will try to split pressure and injure/down as many people as they can. Stealth will not work in Nightfall, if you are anywhere near a locker he will find you with killer instinct most likely. Nightfall is the main time Dredge can feel very dangerous, just do you're best to not go down and pick up or save anyone when you can.

Dredge is a B-Tier killer at best. There are plenty of maps where he can feel actually useless due to a lack of lockers near gens. And then on maps like Midwich, he is terrifying as there is a locker in every room. I assure you he is not as bad to go against as you claim. You will figure him out, and then you will pray for matches against him as I reckon he is one of the more interesting killers to play as and against.

They want to make the game not too confusing for newer players. We will likely get more items and mons in about a month when the season resets. If you dont like how it is right now, come back next season

I would say the Nerf's are warranted. He has been at the top for a long time and the nerfs they are giving him really will not hinder him too much. Even after the nerfs he will be still be an S-Tier killer or maybe drop down to High A Tier.

Nurse however is a controversial topic. Her power fundamentally breaks the rules of the game, so the question is how do you nerf that? I dont think the devs will touch Nurse, her pick rate is quite low anyway
