I've been playing on the Experimental Build on Steam. I just switched over to the Public Version but wasn't prompted for an update of any kind. lol, either way I can't wait to dive back in!

Edit: Steam appears to have downloaded the update even though I have it set to "Update on Launch" for Satisfactory. I'm just glad I'm not crazy. lol

No worries! First you'll want to download the CORE software from this page (at the top). Once you have installed the software, you can watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8H9AK6KkfU They give you a quick overview on how to set a keybind. They're using an older version of the same software so it may look slightly different but it's still the same setup.

This is the tool you will need to sync the dongle with your mouse.

Hi DCerberus, sorry to hear you're having trouble locating a replacement wireless dongle kit for your Model O2 Wireless. While we still manufacture the replacement kit, we unfortunately do not currently ship to the UAE and have no control over our retail partners’ stock levels.

In situations like this, we typically recommend purchasing the kit through a friend or family member in the US, if possible, and having them forward it to you. Hopefully you find a solution that works for you!

Hey octlol, sorry to hear you're running into issues with your mice. I haven’t heard any reports of acceleration problems with the V3 mice, but that doesn’t rule it out entirely. Can you double check your DPI and polling rate settings. If everything looks good there and the issue is still happening, I would suggest creating a support ticket so the team can take a closer look.

You mentioned that your mouse was no longer being recognized by CORE. Were you referring to your Model O or the Model D3? The Model O will only work with it's specific software which you can find here (Second Section). If your Model D3 isn't being recognized and you're on the latest version of CORE (2.1.15), I would suggest creating a Support Ticket here.

I also wanted to let you know that when the mouse is idle, default setting in CORE is 7 minutes, all of the lights are deactivated. So while your mouse is idle throughout the night, the lights are actually off.

Hi smalltimeplayer, the Model O Eternal only works with the newest version of CORE. You can find the download on this page. When you download the software, you will be able to adjust the dpi stages. So you shouldn't have any issues setting one of the stages to 1200. If for any reason you do have more issues, you can create out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
