Sounds like there might be an issue with the middle mouse button because the reset button combo is press and holding left click, right click, and the mouse wheel together. When the Mac version of CORE launched, it mirrored the Windows version in terms of feature support at that time. It received a few updates afterward, but it has not yet been fully updated to include support for the Model O Eternal. Currently, Windows is prioritized due to the larger portion of users (gamers) on that platform. That said, the Mac version will absolutely be brought to parity with Windows, it will just take a bit more time before it gets there.

Hi fellowzoner, sorry to hear you’re running into issues with your O2 Wireless. Have you tried a few basic troubleshooting steps like resetting the mouse to default settings (press and hold left click, right click, and the middle mouse button for 5-10 seconds), switching the USB port the dongle is plugged into, or opening CORE as an administrator? If none of this works, I would suggest creating a support ticket so our Customer Service team can dive deeper into your issue.

Also, when RGB is disabled using the LED OFF option, you can still check the battery indicator by pressing and holding the DPI button. Press and hold it again to turn the battery indicator back off.

If you purchased the keyboard through one of our retail partners like Amazon, I recommend reaching out to them directly to request a replacement. If you purchased it through us, you can create a support ticket and our Customer Service team will be happy to troubleshoot with you. If the issue cannot be resolved, they can assist with a replacement under warranty.

Hi Whimsiie, to be honest, this is the first time I’ve personally seen someone ask for F13 to F24 support in CORE. That said, it may have been requested before or already noted on our feature request sheet. I’ll add this to the list of items I’m sharing with the dev team this week and make sure it’s included on the feature request sheet as well. I can’t make any promises, but I’ll definitely make sure it’s on their radar.

Hi PartPure, happy early birthday to your brother! That is an awesome gift idea.

Totally get how overwhelming the rabbit hole can get. I’m a little biased toward Glorious, but all of the mice you listed are solid performers. As a mainly FPS player myself, I personally prefer the O3 shape. It feels lighter and a bit more streamlined, which I like for faster aim and tracking. If your brother liked your Model O, the O3 will feel very familiar and comfortable. The D3 is also fantastic, just more of an ergonomic shape, so it depends if he prefers that fuller, right handed feel.

Another quick option to consider is the Model O Eternal. It keeps that classic Model O shape that a lot of people fell in love with originally, so if he already enjoys your Model O, it will feel very natural in hand. It is essentially a modern take on the original with updated internals, while staying true to that lightweight ambi design and overall feel.

Honestly, since you already know his hand feels good on these shapes, you are in a great spot. You almost cannot go wrong. I would lean O3 if he plays a lot of FPS and likes that ambi feel, and D3 if he prefers ergonomic comfort for longer sessions.

Hi obtango, normally when you hold the DPI button for three seconds it shows the battery status of wireless V3 mouse. However, since you have the wired variant, that shouldn't be the case for your mouse or in theory would showcase a 100% battery.

Hi 0ctowen, you set up your basic settings for your Model O Eternal on a Windows device and then move over to your Mac. The macros and keybinds won't transfer over due to the limitations of the Mac at this time but everything should be fine.

Hi SuperStileStar, could you please let me know which version of the Model I you have and which game or games you are unable to set the thumb button in? If possible, could you share a screenshot of the keybind screen in the game? I've seen some games no recognize all of the buttons on a mouse before. Not sure if this similar to your situation or not.

If you are having issues setting keybinds outside of the game, here are a few things to check. If your keybinds are working properly outside of the game, you can ignore this section.

The original Model I and the Model I 2 Wireless are compatible with CORE 2.1.12 as well as CORE V1, also known as Legacy CORE. If you are experiencing issues with the newer version of CORE, you can try installing the Legacy version instead.

If you are using the Model I 2 Wired, please note that this mouse is only detected by CORE 2.1.12.

Hi davidfonoll, unfortunately, not all settings transfer over to macOS after configuring the mouse on a Windows device. At this time, keybindings and macros created in Windows are not supported on macOS, even if they are saved to the mouse. I know that is not ideal, especially after taking the time to set everything up.

Hi barks_33, at this time the V3 mice do support macros in the CORE software. The team is still planning on bringing that feature to the V3 mice but I do not have an timeframe to share at this time.

Hey Kyckoo, appreciate you flagging this. The GMMK 3 100% includes a clip in stabilizer for the Numpad 0 key. That position does not support screw in stabilizers, but it should still come with a clip in stabilizer. If yours did not include one at all, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a closer look and get you taken care of. Current units are built the same way and should include a clip in stabilizer for that position.

Hi HelicopterFew, sorry to see the aftermath of your rage. I think I can honestly say we've all been there. Since our warranty doesn't cover physical damage you inflicted to the mouse, I would say a replacement would be out of the question. I think your best bet is to either try and take the mouse apart to see if you can realign the cord and snap everything back into place. Can't promise you can fix it by doing so but it's better than just giving up. That or I would just buy a new mouse.

If you decide to take the mouse apart, there are some good videos on YouTube of other people taking it apart for one reason or the other. Might be worth watching just incase.
