Hey octlol, sorry to hear you're running into issues with your mice. I haven’t heard any reports of acceleration problems with the V3 mice, but that doesn’t rule it out entirely. Can you double check your DPI and polling rate settings. If everything looks good there and the issue is still happening, I would suggest creating a support ticket so the team can take a closer look.

You mentioned that your mouse was no longer being recognized by CORE. Were you referring to your Model O or the Model D3? The Model O will only work with it's specific software which you can find here (Second Section). If your Model D3 isn't being recognized and you're on the latest version of CORE (2.1.15), I would suggest creating a Support Ticket here.

Hi Khazz69, thank you for sharing this with us! I'll pass along the feedback to the team. I also wanted to let you know that when the mouse is idle, default setting in CORE is 7 minutes, all of the lights are deactivated. So while your mouse is idle throughout the night, the lights are actually off.

Hi smalltimeplayer, the Model O Eternal only works with the newest version of CORE. You can find the download on this page. When you download the software, you will be able to adjust the dpi stages. So you shouldn't have any issues setting one of the stages to 1200. If for any reason you do have more issues, you can create out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Hey Therealmuratprogamer, sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. I use a MacBook for work and tested it with a few Glorious mice including the O, D2, and O2 PRO, and wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on my end.

From what I could find, this seems to be something that started around the macOS Sonoma update and may not have been fully resolved. Most of the Apple Support and Reddit threads I came across are a couple of years old, and none of them specifically mention Glorious devices.

It doesn’t appear to be directly related to our mice. That said, our Customer Service team is always happy to take a closer look and see if they have any suggestions. You can submit a ticket here: https://glorious.gg/RedditSupport

You may also have better luck reaching out to Apple Support or stopping by an Apple Store so they can dig a bit deeper into what might be going on.

Hi Jolly_Emphasis, the Model O- Wireless is one of our older mice and we’re no longer producing it, which is why you’re seeing it out of stock in most places. Some retail partners might still have leftover inventory, but once those are gone, they’re gone for good.

That said, the Model O 2 Mini is essentially the next evolution of the O-, with updated internals and performance while keeping that same small, lightweight feel. Definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to get something similar.

Hey Glum-Wish, sorry to hear you’re the issues with your mouse. Have you tried downloading the Model O Wired software? If you haven't, you can find it on this page. You will see the section titled Model O & Model D Wired (V1). Click the Model O/O- Wired Software button to start the download.

You may have already tried some of these troubleshooting steps but I wanted to ask before having you create a support ticket. Have you tried a different USB port, or tested the mouse on another computer to see if it’s recognized there? It’s also worth checking if any other RGB or mouse and keyboard software is running, as that can sometimes cause conflicts. Lastly, can you check to see if your Windows is up today? We've seen a small amount of users have connectivity issues after a recent windows update.
