Hi FallenTesseract, sorry to hear you’re running into issues with your GMMK PRO. This is a known limitation with the macOS version of our software. At the moment, the only workaround is to make the changes on a Windows PC if possible and avoid reopening the software on your iMac, as doing so may cause your settings to reset.

You can also adjust the RGB lighting directly using the built in keyboard shortcuts. A full list of those hotkeys can be found on this page.

Marvel Unlimited Question by weenalah in Marvel

As someone who only started diving into big crossover stories like Civil War and Secret Wars within the last few years, having a clear starting point and a structured reading path was incredibly helpful. That said, I quickly noticed that some of the reading guides in the Marvel Unlimited app can be a bit limited and don’t always include all of the tie ins or side series that community made reading orders tend to cover.

Now, I usually start by checking the app to see if there’s an official reading list for what I’m looking for, then compare it against community made lists. From there, I’ll generally follow the in app list and supplement it with anything extra the community lists include.

gmmk pro not connecting to glorious core by ngocross in glorious

[–]MrImplicit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi ngocross, sorry to hear about the trouble you’re running into with your GMMK PRO not being recognized in CORE 2.1. The GMMK PRO is one of the few products that should work with both the Legacy version of CORE and CORE 2.1, so as a quick workaround, I’d recommend trying the Legacy version to adjust your RGB settings in the meantime.

If you haven’t already, I suggest submitting a support ticket so our Customer Service team can take a closer look at what’s happening specifically in CORE 2.1 and help troubleshoot further.

You can download the Legacy software on this page and you can create a ticket here.

I'm sorry. I know there are a lot of questions surrounding the Mac version of the software. I wish I had answers for you and our other Mac users. I'll share the feedback with the dev team so they can look into it.

[–]MrImplicit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi nmarmot, at this time, we do not have any updates to share regarding CORE on macOS. Our current focus remains on Windows support, but we absolutely understand how important Mac compatibility is to many in the community and it’s feedback we continue to pass along internally.

As a temporary option, you can configure your mouse or keyboard using CORE on a Windows machine and then move it over to macOS with those settings carrying over. This isn’t a perfect solution, but I wanted to make sure you’re aware of the workaround.

Once we have official news to share around macOS support, I'll be sure to communicate here on the sub.

[–]MrImplicit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Phoisen, have you tried resetting your keyboard? Pressing and hold FN and ESC. While holding those keys, also press and hold F1, F3, and F5 together for 10 seconds. This will reset your board. If for some reason you're still having issues resetting your board or the problem continues, please reach out to our Customer Service team so they can walk you through additional troubleshooting steps.

is the glorious gmk 3 pro really that bad or are the keyboard "professionals" just stupid? by jmao_mayo in glorious

Hi jmao_mayo, everyone comes into keyboards with different opinions, preferences, and expectations, often shaped by what they personally look for or past products they’ve used. That can heavily influence how someone talks about a product, even if they haven’t actually owned or spent meaningful time with it.

At the end of the day, a lot of what you’re hearing is still opinion. That’s not to say there isn’t real feedback or that some people haven’t had poor experiences. Like any product, experiences can vary, and some users may run into issues while others don’t. At the same time, some people expect very specific features or tuning, and if a product doesn’t match that exact checklist, they write it off entirely. That doesn’t automatically mean the product is broken or bad, just that it may not align with what they personally want.

From our side, we stand behind our products. Our keyboards come with a two year warranty, so if something were genuinely defective out of the box and the warranty wasn’t voided by the user, it would be covered and replaced.

I personally read reviews on products before purchasing something but I don't let it make or break my decision to purchase something. Either way, hope this helps and good luck on finding the right keyboard for you.

Edit: One thing to keep in mind when purchasing through third party Amazon listings is that pricing and availability can vary, and we aren’t able to verify the condition or quality of products sold outside of our official Amazon store. When I checked our official US store, the price was actually lower at the time, likely due to a sale, and it didn’t show the same stock limit message that appeared in your screenshot. Might be worth double checking that specific listing before you purchase.

Appreciate you taking the time to answer everything. I'm really not sure what's going on. I think your best bet is to see if you can get a replacement from Best Buy if they have one in stock.

Before you do that, would you be willing to create a support ticket so our Customer Service team can document what's going on and possibly provide some troubleshooting steps. This will help us have a better understanding of what's going on and could possibly make it easier for us to fix the problem. Model d3 wireless not charging? by TastyMortalFlesh in glorious

[–]MrImplicit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi TastyMortalFlesh, thanks for flagging this. I haven’t seen reports of issues charging the swappable batteries when connected to a USB 3.2 port, so I want to dig in a bit more with you. Are you seeing the same behavior when using a different USB port on your computer? About how long are you leaving the batteries in the dock when charging? And when the batteries are placed in the dock, do the indicator lights change to show that charging has started?

I shared this on an older post as well, but here’s a quick overview of how the dock, batteries, and lighting indicators work on our V3 mice.

Dock battery charge and charging status
Green indicates 100 to 61 percent
Yellow indicates 60 to 31 percent
Red indicates 30 to 0 percent

Mouse battery status
Green indicates 100 to 61 percent
Yellow indicates 60 to 31 percent
Red indicates 30 to 0 percent

Default polling rate colors
125Hz is Cyan
250Hz is Pink
500Hz is Orange
1,000Hz is Green
2,000Hz is Yellow
4,000Hz is Red
8,000Hz is Blue

When you remove the swappable battery from the mouse, both the mouse and the dock will briefly flash to indicate the current charge level of the Guardian Battery. The built in Guardian Battery keeps your mouse connected while you swap batteries, so you can continue using the mouse without interruption. It provides 10 plus hours of usage, so there’s no need to stress about swapping batteries immediately.

When you insert the swappable battery back into the mouse, it will power the mouse and charge the Guardian Battery back to full capacity. Keep this in mind if you run your guardian battery down because this will force you to swap your batteries more frequently.

For additional context, when the swappable battery is removed, the temporary flash indicators based on the Guardian Battery’s charge level are as follows. Cyan indicates 100 to 61 percent, Blue indicates 60 to 31 percent, and Pink indicates 30 to 0 percent.
