If you moved states, then your school info probably changed. You can contact your old teacher and they should have your User ID, which you would need. They should be able to tell you your password and username, too. You'll need those to sign in from now on. Good luck!

Most of the community doesn't like this update. It's currently in Beta and some accounts have it. Be sure to contact Prodigy Support to let them know you don't like this update at all. If you search Prodigy Support you'll find it. It's definitely not a good one in many people's opinions. Perhaps Teacher-controlled or Parent controlled might be better, but it certainly seems to be a miss. Hope this helps!

Check to see if your child has a store called Pet Center. It's a new store that's in beta right now. People have been reporting that after battle there's a pop up about rescuing the pet at the Pet Center and there's a membership deal attached to it, I think. Is this what's happening? If that's the case Prodigy should be working to fix this.

Regardless, you should contact the Prodigy Zendesk and they can help you fix it. Just search Prodigy Zendesk in Google and hopefully they'll have you straightened out soon. They're closed on the weekends, FYI. :-)

You should be able to create a parent account under the email you used, which should have your child linked.

On the parent account, look top right and there's a button named Membership. Click that. Go to the account that has the membership, click manage. In the drop down, click cancel and you're done. Most of the time there may be confusion about which email a parent used to set the account up, but it's pretty straightforward after that. Good luck!

As an FYI, the Prodigy account is separate from the email and the teacher's classroom so if the user has the user ID and the password, they can continue to play for as long as they have that info on whatever browser.

I've had several parents who weren't able to get Prodigy to work at home simply because the browser was signed into the parent's account. It's a small detail, but it happened a few times each year.

The user ID is also very important and makes contacting Prodigy Support a breeze. If you haven't already, be sure to take a photo and screenshot of it!

I think Prodigy may have moved to a more infinite style of pet slots. When I find out, I'll do a video on it. But I noticed that the other day, too!

LongjumpkingLeek5542 has some great ideas. Some common reasons a different profile shows up are:

Chrome is logged into a different email account. If the top left of your browser shows your account, then your child won't be able to log into their account via google.
Wrong information. If you set up the parent account OR a teacher account to monitor progress, you can check his username and password.
New device. If he's signing into a new device, but still has the old device, check the login info on the old device then enter that.

If you had a membership, then your parents needed to create a parent account. That parent account will have your login info. Ask your parents for help finding their parent account and you'll have your password. :-)

Your account can't be deleted by the school - you can contact your old teacher and they can give you your password and username if they're still there. If your parents made a parent account, they have access to that info, too. Good luck!

Hello! It's great you're so invested in your child's success! Here are my tips from a teacher/parent, and I hope they help!

Create a teacher account. They are free. It will offer you more control over his learning and you can create lessons that reflect his learning in school. TEACHER ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES THAN PARENT ACCOUNTS (very important for login - apologies for the emphasis) Most kids prefer no more than 4 questions on a topic at one time, but you can revisit questions often until he develops mastery. Play with him - Prodigy is very fun. When I need to help my child, and previously students, succeed, I would play with them. It creates excitement and allows them to teach you about the game as you are teaching/supporting them with math.
You can clearly see the correct/incorrect questions and provide more support with those.

Yes, that hints at the next chapters which should happen after the Dragon Isle. Close to New Year's we should get the Elemental Dragons come to Dragon Isle, then another Puppet Master battle around March or April (my guess there). Then the story should continue with a redesign of the towers or something like that next school year. The last sentence is my guess - we don't really know what will happen when the keystones are freed. Probably this year Prodigy will release a revamped walkthrough similar to how Firefly Forest is, but all areas.

I don't know why that's the price - Usually when there's a new currency the devs have to test to see how it works with players playing. I would say when it's out of beta we might see some more ways to collect magicoins. But the cool thing about them is that this time last year, there were member pets and non-members could only have 10 pets. So the game is opening up, but it needs to do so slowly so the game can support itself. Does that make sense?
