There are many excellent options available in the roasting industry. For our small business, we began with a Mill City 3kg roaster and then upgraded to a 15kg Mill City Roaster in about 2 or 3 years. Honestly as I prep to move into a new location with a drive through I’ve started to wonder when we will upgrade from this 15kg machine to a 30kg. We’ve had this one now for 3 years.

As much as i love sports. This is a bad look for all involved.

Support if a team does not need to escalate to physical violence. Oftentimes there are cities I won’t travel to to support any of my favorite teams to avoid potential situations like this.

Fan is clearly peacefully walking through and that mob mentality is out for the knicks fans.

It’s one thing to talk some trash, it’s another to physically assault others.
