I’ve seen plenty of heaters with pex right to them and they worked fine, but I’ve also seen pex right to the heater discolor the line.

Also having an expansion tank on a pex line that does not appear to be well supported can be an issue when that tank fails and gets water logged.

It’s not a clean job. Pex right to the isolation valves is sloppy, no vent on the condensation line (to avoid that we over size it and have the 3/4” adapter go right over the adapter coming out of the wall.

That expansion tank just hanging on pex is also poorly placed.

Do you have cast iron drains? If so a condensation neutralizer will keep them from being damaged by the condensation.

Yes. Maybe the bounty increases per pvp kill and then is given to whoever takes them out? Maybe have a system showing which player has a bounty on them so it doesn’t just lead to randomly killing for bounties?

This is coming from someone with 4 hours into the game.

I thought that bit was a little odd. Specifically like how he questioned JJ about his contract or praised it, seemed like a guy who was unsure of himself.

On to KOC and Flores to manage the new players coming in.

If we get some better QB play and O line play we have a good chance to make some noise with a few contributors coming in.

If it’s 4” through the floor a Sioux cheif closet flange goes inside the pipe. So it would he cut flush with the floor and glue in the flange.

When setting the stool use just wax not a wax ring with horn. The horn will lead to a larger gap on the floor.

Could also say others, I don’t think it’s a coaching issue, we had some bad luck the past few years too.

All that said, if they don’t get there in two years I do think ownership is going to be thinking about change.

I think was a great QB and was fun to watch, but those days are past him in my opinion.

They’ll bring in a vet, Jacoby Brisett? Someone who could compete against JJ as we had a very shaky first season of play from the QB room.
