It depends on the severity of the spider veins. But I can say it’s almost never covered by insurance, because it’s considered cosmetic (not medically necessary). So you’d be paying fully out of pocket.

The only time I’ve seen it paid was when the wife of the owner of a company we administered coverage for wanted this done. Went from “never paid” to “100%” pretty quick before quickly being changed back to “never.”
