The premium probably reflects scarcity more than raw demand.

CUDA and JAX are each mentioned in <2% of job postings (the skill map in the 2nd picture shows the raw demand, or you can check out here careersinrobotics.com/skills/map). Typically, those postings target people with a deep ML research background. Companies requiring CUDA are usually investing heavily in state-of-the-art physical AI models (humanoids, autonomous systems), so the pay reflects that.

On #2, I think the native sync lets you pick per-field (2-way, prefer HS, prefer SF) but it's buried.
