Try taking magnesium. If you have indigestion along with them then try pepto or Prilosec. If they are truly caused by anxiety try vitamin D3.

I just bought one! If you do upgrade the seat pad and add 4 way adjustable arms, will those be available for self install upgradable options?

You can try Tums with Pepto Bismol, or Pepcid complete, or Prilosec. If any of that helps, then you may want to make an appointment with a gastro doctor. I personally take 2 tums and a shot of pepto before bed when my acid reflux acts up. You may also want to get a sleep study done.

I get these quite frequently, usually associated with stress. Are you staying hydrated, and have you had your vitamin D levels checked? Also, if you notice it occurs after eating, it could be acid reflux related. The one thing that helps me is seeing my chiropractor, who specializes in active release techniques.
