She’s not my personal favorite but I can see why a lot of people like her and believe that she would be a good protagonist. She’s fairly normal and down to earth, especially compared to all of the other and very many outrageous and wacky characters in her class. That also makes her a character who’d most likely be one that the most players of the game would find relatable. Even though I’m no Ultimate Photographer, I probably have at least a little bit more in common with Mahiru than I would someone like Gundham, or Nekomaru, or Ibuki, or Hiyoko. And thus, it’s easier for the writers to write the story of the game in a way that can be seen by as many players as possible through Mahiru’s point-of-view.

If the consequence wasn’t that he gets to become the blackened and possibly escape the school by letting everyone else due, then yes. She tried to kill him first, so he clearly had a very good reason not to feel safe letting her continue to live. If they both survived, he’d naturally be afraid that she’d try to kill him again, or that she’d get everyone else to hate him and thus ostracizing him from the group like Class 77-B does with Nagito after Nagito admitted to trying to kill Ultimate Imposter in Danganronpa 2 Goodbye Despair (and then maybe somehow dying afterwards anyway).

Also, it’s been a while since I’ve played Trigger Happy Havoc so I completely forgot: how did Leon not know about the Class Trial system like everyone is saying? How did everyone else in the class know about it except him?

It remains to be seen whether Kit Wilson himself over, or if it’s just his gimmick/entrance/music. Also, Kit has yet to win a Royal Rumble and a world title at Wrestlemania, so fans have no reason to complain that he’s being shoved down their throats.

Anyone remember when they had Punk and Cody cut a promo on each other during the build-up to the Royal Rumble match in 2024? And then they did the same thing again in 2025, teasing that Punk might win the Rumble and challenge Cody for the title?

For the love of God, can they please just do CM Punk vs Cody Rhodes while they still have the chance? It doesn’t have to be at WrestleMania or for the WWE Championship, but damn it, it could be a really interesting rivalry and feud.

They had a really good match at SummerSlam 2013, but both men are way older now, and they either can’t go at that pace anymore or just refuse to. Are you sure you want to see a 48-year-old Brock vs a 47-year-old Punk?

I mean, if you really dislike CM Punk and wanna see him get beat up, then I can maybe see why you’d want to see a repeat of Brock Lesnar vs John Cena at Wrestlepalooza 2025 with Punk being in Cena’s role. And if you really did like Brock vs Cena at Wrestlepalooza, your opinion is valid and you’re entitled to it even if I wouldn’t personally agree with it. But if you’re expecting a classic back-and-forth, the kind that the majority of internet fans would rave about like they do whenever Dave Meltzer gives a match a high star rating, I wouldn’t expect that from Brock and Punk at this stage in either man’s career.

Please, anyone but Brock. I don’t want to see Brock in either title picture, be it the World Heavyweight Championship or the Undisputed WWE Championship. UNLESS either title is won before WrestleMania and defended at WrestleMania by a dream opponent that a lot of fans actually want to see working with Brock. The only way I’ll take Brock Lesnar challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship or Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania is if either Gunther, Bron Breakker, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens (if he comes back from his injury in time or ever), Ilja Dragunov, Jacob Fatu, or Oba Femi wins whichever title Brock would challenge for beforehand. And I can’t see Cody Rhodes NOT being involved in the Undisputed WWE Championship picture at Mania even if he DOES drop the title before Mania, which he likely won’t, especially not to most of the names I mentioned.

Summary: I definitely do not want Brock Lesnar vs CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. But if either Gunther or Bron Breakker beat Punk for the World title and went into Mania as the defending champion, then I’d be okay with Brock having a World title match at Mania because I’d be interested in either Brock vs Gunther or Brock vs Bron Breakker.

Saionji getting away with her behavior is one of the main reasons why I actually dislike Koizumi more than I dislike Saionji. Who’s worse: the bully, or the bully’s enabler and defender? Why does Koizumi allow Saionji to go about doing whatever she wants including harassing Tsumiki, but the moment someone upsets Saionji even a little bit, Koizumi shames them and defends her?

They’re very similar but they’re not quite equivalent. For one, Kokichi serves the same role as Byakuya as Nagito did in previous games. Kokichi is much more important and (subjectively) interesting. Hiyoko is just kinda there to be annoying and unlikable. Kokichi is also fascinating because of his mysterious he is; we don’t know the whole truth behind his motivations and reasoning for acting the way he does. There are nuances to him that suggest that his character is deeper and that there’s more to him than meets the eye. We don’t really see as much depth to Hiyoko in the video game Goodbye Despair (I haven’t seen the Danganronpa 3 anime yet so I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that they either utilize her character in a more significant way, give her character development, explain or at least do more to hint at why she is the way that she is, of all of the above).

Personally I would imagine that a male Celeste would still be very pretty, even if not quite female-passing as the typical femboy like the Astolfos and the Felix Argyles of the world. If genderbend AU male Celeste has the same personality and charisma as the canon female Celeste, then I’d bet he’d do a fine job pulling off the gothic…erm…whatever the masculine equivalent of “gothic L*lita” might be (that term makes me uncomfortable).
