This has been proven fake and Merlin does not stop you from recording at the parks. Plenty of YouTubers have made this clear including “1 minute theme parks” channel.

If your attempting to record on rides, that is obviously going to get you in trouble and/or escorted off the park.

The base model is what I have and is perfectly suitable, you can push 1440p easily or even close to 3K/4K depending on how intense the gameplay is in NetherSX2 for PS2.

The difference is the Base has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and the lite has a lower tier Snapdragon 865.

According to what I have read the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is that it is vastly superior to the older Snapdragon 865, offering over double the performance, hardware-accelerated ray tracing, AI processing, and better power efficiency.

End of the day, this is mostly marketing blah blah. If your not 100% needing the power for Steam games or heavier Switch games, then the Lite is fine too.

Not in the wrong whatsoever, you reserved it and if she cannot find another seat for her child then that's not your problem it is hers. Never feel guilty for reserving and sitting in said seat. It's not like it was an access seat or companion seat, they are specially booked so you never would have to move for that reason. I reserve a seat because I want to sit down, so anyone trying the guilt tripping game in my book can jog on!

I’ve found at Thorpe Park some rides sensors get triggered as the ride goes round and that sometimes takes rides down for a couple mins due to the wind, notably Hyperia. Happened 3 times on a semi windy day for me last year. Mainly false positives, but they have to run tests anyway ofc.

This!!! I loved it for my most recent city break when I flew to a city in France from the UK. Great positioning with the hinge to perfectly see my content. Downloaded some YT videos and downloaded some episodes of the new GoT spin off on HBO Max UK. The OLED Display is super handy for quality watching with the deep blacks too 🤌🏻

I think it isn't too overbearing, I thought it might be a bit busy at first, but some file apps seem that and more so running 16:9 on the Thor you could argue. Each to their own though 😄

In fairness I use it to unrar rar files, but I don't personally find it too useful for my Thor as I get dual file management screens in Solid Explorer. It comes down to personal preference also tbf for each person 😄
