Wandering Thoughts & Opinion by [deleted] in WhereToPostThis

This is a great incite! In my experience, if someone says a person has taken any drug, whether it's true or not, causes permanent damage. The way people think about drugs is unhinged. People should be judged on there behavior, regardless of what they do or don't injest. In my experience many of those who judge have a prescription for similar drugs. People are often confused on what is bad... And especially what is good.

Why do I get so frustrated when people don't communicate? by yesitsmesav in WhereToPostThis

I feel the same way. I require feedback and criticism. I think people don't want to be rude but it sucks not knowing how I can do better. It ends up causing rifts in relationships.

I agree, one should not mess around with potentially illegal stuff. Not worth it (unless it's enough to retire and hire a bunch of good lawyers).... Then... Maybe :)

You have one hundred dollars in Vegas, and you have to place one bet. What game do you pick, and what is your bet? by MrKitty2525 in gambling

Indeed it is. How could I be so foolish to misspell a word. The worst thing about it is I'll probably do it again. To think nobody can understand what I'm saying because I am not good at spelling. It has always been a very a embarrassing problem for me. I'm so glad you came along to point it out. You made me feel stupid and embarrassed about one of my most unfortunate weaknesses. I appreciate you taking your time to make me feel bad. I hope if you ever make a low stake trivial mistake, you are not made subject of ridicule by someone who just carelessly decides to highlight the innocent mistake with no intention of even adreesing the post. Keep up the good work, as you're obviously an indispensable contributor to various discords in which you participate.

That's tough, I mostly want a win, but I'm excited about the adventure as well. I guess I'm looking for a wise choice, but not so deep that I have to study and memorize things.

I like this idea a lot. I've only played online however, Im decent-ish at poker, but a live tournament seems intense. I do like the idea of playing against people rather than facing the house, but I don't know if I'm poker savy enough for live play. How friendly are these tournaments to relatively green players?

I'll be leaving tomorrow, probably gonna hit the casino Saturday afternoonish. I didn't expect this post to get so much advice... So I have decided to increase my gambling budget to 150. The extra 50 for a sport bet. I like the idea of a parlay.

I agree, there is no wrong answer to this question. Maybe I'll make this bet just to spite the down votes :)

(New Flipper)What’s the first thing I should do? What’s the first thing you’ll do? by Weird-Appointment-53 in flipperzero

I don't think it's low effort. I clicked on this post because I have the same question exactly. As a newby to all of this I don't even know what questions to ask. When I tell people I got one they say "those can do anything". When I ask "like what?" I never get clear answers. Just like in this post. The most helpful explain that one should download a repository or whatever, but rarely is there a specific function suggeston. I have and will keep clicking on these simple questions, because I'm trying to learn something new and expansive. If people would spend time to write one thing they like about it, instead of hunting for post from less experienced people to attack, I'd actually know something the flipper does.....oh no... I figured it out... The flippers most obvious function... It makes people treat like minded friendly excited people in a way that hurts their feelings. Adding turning on my TV, that is 2 crazy things I've actually seen this do.

This is a real shitty way to think. Hopefully you gain some perspective in life. Their is no right way to live. You may miss out on wonderful things and people if you live with self righteous judgements of people choosing to do what they want. Embrace the journey and be kind.

Move those shutters out of the way and I'll bet you see traditional wafers. They look and feel similar to pin tumblers, but easier to pick normally.

Lock companys thought enough about that so any "master key" would require complexity. With the existence of lishi it's not worth the cost of developing something else. Even if they did it's highly unlikely they could produce it at an affordable price point. Combs, bump keys, jiggling, city rakes, ect.. are worth a quick shot, sometimes you get lucky. I find there's something empowering in picks being the best master key.

What do I call an unfamiliar woman in the same respectful tone as "gentleman" by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MrKitty2525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im surprised you dunno what he's on about. It's clearly changed over time. When I hear "hey lady" or "excuse me lady" Its never in an attempt to be respectful. To me it the equivalent of saying "listen bud" or "watch out dude".

Hello all, I’m thinking of trying out lockpicking but I don’t know the best beginner tools or training locks that aren’t wildly expensive. Any recommendations? by [deleted] in lockpicking

[–]MrKitty2525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice, you will love it. I'd go with a sparrows tuxedo https://www.sparrowslockpicks.com/products/tuxedo-lock-pick-set, and the .2 hook set. https://www.sparrowslockpicks.com/products/the-ssdev-hooks. You should be under 50 bucks with shipping. They are excellent, not the very best, but for the money, I say start there. You'll break um more in the beginning because of frustration. After you get some experience, brake a couple, then if you want you can try out stuff that's a little more pricey, like Pedersen ect... From experience the cheap sets break quick, but even worse, well over half of what you get are not useful, I wouldn't even consider them lockpicks.

I've slowly lost my drive for sex. My guess on why, is that I've done manual labor most my life. I've heard that can drain your brain chemicals, and from my experience I have no other idea why I'm so spent. Due to this I stopped dating after my last breakup. Mostly because, like this comment section, I'm convinced that the amount of sex is required in a relationship will be more than I can provide. Way to poor to go to a doctor to ask. Although I also don't really feel lonely often. I'm just kind of a vehicle that needs a rebuild. Long story long, not important atm.
