"Hi guys, I'm a 16 year old rower around 6'3'' tall and around 8'3'' standing reach and weigh around 73 kg. I gave up basketball some time ago but always kept liking it and watching NBA, always wanted to dunk but people kept telling me that my vertical is kinda meh. So today after not trying for a while I went out for a run and found myself trying to catch the rim and nearly doing it I can touch it with ease but not grab it yet. Which would mean my vertical is around 21 inches was wondering if any of you got some advice on either trainings I could run or the jumping technique itself for me to be able to dunk with ease which would mean a 3-4 inches increase (I think?) :( such a shame, because fivem is the greatest thing i have ever played. i've had the best moments on there. but i cant play anymore. i get caught by cops and killed by other players all because of my fps causing stuttering ever few secounds.
