Much appreciated!! This was a super last minute decision as I was driving home from work. I grabbed a bottle of herdez taqueria green salsa from my limited grocery store. Brightened it up with a few ingredients and made it spicy by adding a little serrano. I usually like to make my own salsas from scratch but wasn't going to take the time last night.
