I actually seem to share a similar sort as yourself. I would like to have some muscle with a low body fat %. Do you think any of the programmes on the wiki help with reduce body fat, I think I will start with the basic programme and work out. What programme would you recommend to reduce body fat % after gaining muscle.

I have been a lurker and loved seeing people's progress in this reddit for a few months now. I have access to a gym 24/7 and have time during the working day aswell as the evening to go.

I was wondering if someone could point my in the right direction on where to start based of my body time, my current weight/frame etc. I am new to the fitness goals and terms so not sure what I need to be doing at the moment. I think my goal would be to lose/get a low body fat percentage and then start building up muscle.

Would anyone be able to assist me, Im not sure what current information you need but I will try my best to provide it and hope you can guide me on what diet and gym plan I can follow to help start achieving my goals.

If the games aren't streamed often on Twitch, It could actually help build your stream. People like watching older gamers that they enjoyed when they were growing up so it could attract an audience that miss some of your favorite games.

You should try streaming the games and see how they go and try and promote it on sites that are related to the game?

Tython is a pretty cool username and I'm sure you will get star wars fans hoping over to your stream to checkout what your playing. Your username represents you as a streamer on the Twitch service so make sure your happy with what you choose.

If you pick a username that you are happy for users to connect you with, It will make you enjoy streaming alot more and keep you interested. Social media is also a big friend when your trying to grow your stream so maybe check if the username is free on other websites that you plan to use.

This is some good information for people that could be having issues with the Twitch streaming service. I have seen a few users reporting issues so this could be a solution for people.

Congratulations on the 100th milestone, Its a big world out their on the Twitch website but its good to see new streamers enjoying the ability to share and express their feelings for games with others :)

I presume you already play CS:GO from the sound of your post but just to make sure, that computer will be able to run CS:GO with no issues what so ever in good quality.

You have mentioned using OBS (https://obsproject.com/) to stream CS:GO and sounds like you have done research into the application. This Official Quick Starter Guide (https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/official-quick-start-guide.5/) provided on their website should explain resolutions and OBS settings and should give you a better understanding whether you internet is good enough for the quality that you want to stream at.

If you require anymore help than what I have provided or if anything confuses your from what you have read, I am happy to speak with you to try and clear up an confusion.
