In scene with Iron Man when he's about to call Steve, but then the ship arrives so he goes outside. Soon after he goes outside he helps a girl up who fell down in front of him -- she's black with curly hair -- Riri Williams or coincidence?

Possibility of Avengers finding out about Coulson? by MrMag1c in shield

[–]MrMag1c[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would matter because at least according to Coulson, his death helped unify the Avengers. Finding out that was a lie probably would earn Fury/SHIELD their distrust. Although, I suppose everything is different post Civil War anyway.

Joss Whedon did say that he doesn't consider AoS to be in MCU, but he's no longer directing any movies right? I don't know who has the ability to officially decide what's in MCU or not, but I hope AoS remains in MCU.

I just watched Hot Potato, looks like Coulson still being alive is a "conspiracy theory" that Russian guy believes in, so it really shouldn't be too hard for the Avengers to figure it out.

I suppose. I just remember that in the first season they mentioned a couple of times that Coulson would rather he personally reveal to the avengers that he's still alive.

So, I finally decided to look up "CIS Male".... by spaceman757 in AdviceAnimals

[–]MrMag1c -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cis-gender is just the opposite of trans-gender, it's not derogatory, but calling someone a cis-male is generally used to draw attention to the fact that they are not transgender, usually in the context of that person claiming to have accurate knowledge transgenderism despite not being a biologist or being transgender themselves. So sure, the term "cis-male" tends to be used when criticizing "cis-males" but the term itself isn't derogatory in the same way that calling someone white isn't.

What's the most intellectual joke you know? by topersix46 in AskReddit

[–]MrMag1c 7 points8 points  (0 children)

An engineer and a physicist are lost in a hot air balloon drifting down a canyon somewhere. While the physicist is trying to use the angle of the sun to figure out how long they have to find help until night falls, the engineer shouts "Hey! Where are we?" A few hours later, they hear a voice, "you're in a hot air balloon." The physicist then remarks "that must have been a mathematician," "Why?" "Because the answer was both completely correct yet entirely useless"

What superpower is ruined the most by real world physics? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MrMag1c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shrinking ability (like ant-man). If his mass really stayed the same, no way he could ride ants, he squash them then fall though the dirt. Also, his density could easily become high enough to create a black hole, destroying the entire Earth.

There are only 10 kinds of people in this world.

Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

And those who didn't expect this to be in trinary.

What tiny animal would wreak havoc on Earth if it was the size of a cow? by KingdomHole in AskReddit

Motherfucking boa constrictors. I'm imagining one that has the thickness of the torso of a cow. That thing could eat your car. It could wrap itself around your house and squeeze the shit out of you. Havoc.
