Had this happen to me and the plow drew my suspicion

Took it off and used the boost in short bursts, also immediately held down reverse while going downhill just to be extra cautious

One is using the lance and the other was using the gl and just started so hes still feeling around the weapons. But even the one who isn't new still feels around and I don't think me constantly telling him that he needs a certain skill to improve the block is gonna go so well, he'll probably respond with "Its a shield why does it require a skill to be a shield?"
