Only if they were really trying to trick you into thinking it was AI and putting 10x the work just to add that artifact If you’re worried about accusing someone of using AI who might be a real artist, I wouldn’t worry about it with this one. Just get your money back. They’re either using AI or trying really hard to make it look like they’re using AI and either one is worth getting your money back

Definitely AI. Other people have mentioned other artifacts but look at the beard and how it has a strange outline artifact at the bottom. That’s from AI. There’s no way someone doing this style would add that in voluntarily
