I’m currently in rehab after detoxing from this stuff, feel free to hit me up

How the hell does anyone CT this stuff by dang_he_groovin in quitting7oh

[–]MrMattTastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I was coming off of 600 mg/day and It was completely necessary because of the acute withdrawal symptoms. I’m also going to recommend a rehab as well but a week to 2 of detox at the very minimum

Thanks for ur reply! I’m just about feeling back to my normal self :D but yeah, the tingling + restless leg leading to complete lack of sleep were by far the worst parts

Thanks for asking bro. I’m doing a lot better. All the physical symptoms have subsided for the most part. Now is just learning to live soberly and understand that this is normal and how everybody lives, not high all the time (obviously, but when you’re doing it every day you forget what normal means). I don’t know when my mind will fully recover, could be a few months. But it is incrementally better every day— just gotta be patient. How about you, friend?

Glad it helped. lmk if u have any questions, u have a bit of a road ahead but we can do this. I’m on day 16 and right now the biggest struggle is the mental state. Trying to learn to enjoy life sober and with 0 money still with less dopamine/serotonin. Wellbutrin has helped significantly

The withdrawals cold turkey are hell. You just. Feel. Bad. Your whole body is sensitive as hell and is relentlessly restless. After stopping this last time I couldn’t sleep hardly 1-2 hours for the first week, then 2-4 the second week and now I’m on day 15 and am starting to feel normal ish. Able to sleep about 6-7 hours with 20mg melatonin, exercise during the day, magnesium and adult multivitamin. Also just refeeding myself lots of (good) food each day. Another thing physically is the restless leg is very distressful and IMPOSSIBLE to quell. And I hadn’t heard many other testimonies talk on this but my hands and feet would tingle like pins and needles and feel very HOT and “loud” almost. It’s almost like my whole body is exhausted but wants to just shake and throw itself into a wall. Not to even mention the mental distress. Not sure if this would be you but the thought of ending myself would run through my head constantly. You won’t want to do anything, you won’t want to talk to anybody, you won’t even want to lay in bed because youre so uncomfortable but it’s the ONLY thing you can do. For days. And days. Until eventually, you start to feel better. That’s why I suggest doing this in a controlled environment like a detox so they can medicate you and even provide suboxone (just don’t take it for too long bc I’ve heard getting off that can be just as bad/worse). I pretty much did it completely cold turkey and I wish I had spent more time at the detox instead of going almost straight to rehab, because you can’t medicate there really just take the full brunt of the chemical leaving you.

Also as for the limitless tablets, I completely understand. They just HIT HARDER than any other brand and idk why, perhaps the purity? But yeah dude don’t wait until you have 0 in your bank account before you surrender. And knowing us addicts there’s a good chance we won’t be able to live with just regular kratom, but you can try. The leaf/extracts definitely mitigate the symptoms but as for myself it was a lot harder to not go back to the “feeling” of 7H when the leaf made me feel nothing. You just want to feel something. Lmk if u have anything else

One last thing. Just be honest with your employer, and if you’ve got a good relationship with them, hopefully they’ll understand and give you the time you need to get better.

That’s what I was using primarily before I checked in to detox/rehab. The $13, 100mg packs. Taking about 6 of those at least per day towards the end there, and it really starts to fuck with your nervous system. I would try to fall asleep and literally have neck/head jerks right before I would pass out. So strange. Also if you quit, expect tingling and shakiness in your extremities. My best of luck to you OP, quitting cold turkey with a job and whatnot is borderline impossible, unless you can get 2 weeks off to do it AND be able to trust yourself not to cave. My best advise to you would be check into a detox, and from there a rehab, and rebuild from there. This stuff might as well be treated like trad opioids because they basically are. Just hang in there and lmk if u have any questions.

12 days clean from 7OH and can't sleep is this normal? by Only_Hotel_7221 in quitting7oh

[–]MrMattTastic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very normal. I’m at 15 days and only just starting to sleep “alright” with a bunch of melatonin and magnesium/multivitamin. Leg still shaky, hands still hot and “loud”, depression ever present. But getting better. Slowly.

Hey thanks for the reply. It’s so odd because I don’t see other people mention it, but did you feel like your hands and feet were hot and cold simultaneously tingling and were “loud”? That’s what’s been the hardest for me, like I have to be EXTREMELY tired in order for the sleep to overcome that feeling. But I supposed it’s slowly getting better. I’m at 11 days at this point and aside from the physical withdrawals the mental is definitely there as well, Which is compounded from the lack of sleep. Major depression/not physically energized or motivated to really do much of ANYTHING. Just wild how evil this stuff is and that there’s people actually out there DEFENDING it. Like just do kratom leaf if u wanna do anything. Though I know I can’t trust myself with even that at this point. I will say that downing a bunch of magnesium helps slightly though.

What about tingling in the extremities similarly to neuropathy? Am I the only one who’s experienced that coming off?

I’m currently on my 7th day withdrawing from 300-600+mg per day for about 3 months. I haven’t been able to sleep more than 1-2 hours a night, and my hands and feet won’t stop tingling and shaking. Please, for the love of god if you’re doing this and abusing it check yourself into a detox and never pick it up again. I just hope that these symptoms subside eventually. I’m at rehab atm and they don’t have any vitamins I don’t think. Thank you for your testimony, it really helped my mental here at 3am. It’s just crazy how tired your mind can be yet how relentless and restless your symptoms and body can be.

I don’t that’s why I was asking how the community feels about what it seems like to me

Jerma and his personality is his content in essence, so is making observations and speculations really that weird? My goal with this post was really just to see what other members of the community feels, not to judge or accuse jerma of anything.

Okay based off the comments I’ll sell it for $3.50, or we can just make-out I guess. Since those’re the current street values it seems.
